That's some really good shit right there. If you're an Italian you'll have even greater appreciation for it. There aren't many places that make this stuff in the US any more. Luckily I live in Jersey so not only do my family make this but we have old school, Paesiano delis that make this stuff. That nduja "na-du-ya" is is basically a spread version of the soppesata on the far right. This two are specialities of my families region of Italy, Calabria. Calabria is well known for its use of hot peppers "pepperoni or peppercinu". If I were you I would use the nduja in a sauce. And then that finoccio salame use the word finoccio because it means fennel, it should give off an almost sweet taste that makes Italian sausage iconic. But, anyways, sweet review I really liked this one
That looks great! You'd love it here in Argentina, we eat lots of meat and it's quite cheap. If you ever come, make sure to try out the "picada", the fanciest you can find :p
I'm a foodie that doesn't get to try a lot of stuff. But I like seafood and crabs and stuff. I got a soft shell crab platter once. Omg it was so gross. I thought they were suppose to be crispy and they were like rubber. You could throw those little crabbies at the wall and they would bounce
hey jeff i know its a drive but Aurants in Duryea PA has food and beer you would LOVE! really crazy meats and i had a 130 dollar waygu steak that was great! but because of the super high fat content i shit like crazy later that night. still worth it. i know 130 is a lot for one steak but YOLO
That looks good. I am lucky in that there is a place in Knoxville (TN) called "International Delicacies". It is operated by people from the Ukraine (although I believe the original owners were Lithuanian.) They have awesome sausages and the like not just from the Ukraine but from that region. Gypsy salami is a very dry sausage that is little spicy (like you, I have been known to consume ghost peppers because I actually like them so take the 'little spicy' with that knowledge - I have friends who say it is too spicy.) They have different types of kielbasa, not just the Polish variety, these things called 'wedding sausages' which are really good and other things. They also have other products - from candy to bread - that are either imported from the region or made in the USA in an authentic manner (such as the Ukranian bread I got there.)
Come to central Pennsylvania! Catfish, deer, racoon, groundhog, sucker, fall fish, crappie, pheasant, mule deer, scaple, crackling, putting meat, cow heat, tongue is a favorite and anything that moves
Before I even clicked on the video the title made me think " hmmm CultMoo must have made him order that" knew it lol i was kinda right, i ordered mine after watching their reviews. I had a different spreadable salami in mine, it was spicy af
These look like standard "salami" in my country. Nicely smoked and cured with pepper, salt and garlic some of them. Nothing better than this and fresh bread from the oven. And you spread that on crispy and buttered (one swipe) toast.
I heard that American foodies like Irish meat. Is that true? If so I'd say you'd have to come top Ireland to try it because I highly doubt it could be shipped to America. Well either way if you find yourself coming to Ireland to county Cork, more specifically West Cork which is more south cork but come to a town called Skibbereen, the food is great here. :)
Unless the Wagyu sausage is just a cylinder of Wagyu, it's not worth it. By grinding it up it takes away the value of the meat. You might as well just add the right amount of fat to the right amount of meat.
In RI, we call our pork, pepper, salt, and xxx hot pepper, a local favorite - soupy ; or cured meat. Also in Italy, our Italian friends recommend smoking, not curing the meat.
does anyone know if you can vet this in new Zealand because I miss things like this as I am from England and have had quite aloe if things Like this and really enjoyed it
Is this heaven or cutlerylovers channel, I caint tell the difference, this is the perfect club for me, Im not a foodie but I really enjoy this kinda stuff
Jeff ur a beast. Love the videos. Thank you. I Hav a question. U love knives, y don't u ever give gun company knives a chance. Smith and Wesson, uzi, etc???
What are you basing your opinion of him not giving those knives a chance on? Go to his channels front page, and in the search box type in Smith and Wesson, I can count at least 12, non gun related knife/gear reviews on these such products. This guy has handled so many knives, in his time I feel it's impossible he hasn't "[given] them a chance."
I've had Dry aged Wagyu many times. The main reason it's so amazing is the marbling/fat content. Looking at that Wagyu sausage kinda makes me think it's not really a real "Wagyu experience". You really need to try the real maccoy. If anyones is in the Bay Area, the place where eat my Wagyu is a place called 5A5 Steakhouse in San Francisco, Also Roka sometimes serves it. Just go, it's worth the $$$$. Great video Jeff : )
Please keep the sound of chewing in next time, we want to hear your reaction while you're tasting it, the "namnam mmmm this is good namnam mm" is the best part of these kind of videos, lol.
Jeff, are you really so naive as to say "I really have no idea who sent it". Obviously, someone from the company sent it, hoping you would do a review and thus they would get free advertising.
just found your video the other day for the jack daniels sauce. had a craving for some so i looked it up. started watching a video n im like i know that voice!
Sounds like my sex life. Delivering meat once a month.
that's sad.
you must be married
I'll pray for you to get through the hard times brother
Ahahahahahahah,I will pray for you to brother

I'm into the hobby of pepperoni pizza and strong beer
That looks great! You'd love it here in Argentina, we eat lots of meat and it's quite cheap. If you ever come, make sure to try out the "picada", the fanciest you can find :p
The sound of you chewing is one of the best parts! Too bad we missed it.
I like going to New Seasons Market. It's pretty big in Oregon, but they got all kinds of artesian salami and sausage.
Do you have a patron? I would love to help support the channel.
Nduja is the greatest food ever made.

Expensive. But hey, you also got a free colon cleanse to flush the toxins out of ya lol
A lot classier than the chili dog I'm eating.
These sausages are worth about 1 euro each in spain.

I'm thinking about getting a box of cheese or this. I love meat more but if I can pair the cheese with the meat. The decisions.
get both and pair them together
I'm pretty sure in 5 years we'll figure out they were serving human meat to special consumers.
Come to central Pennsylvania! Catfish, deer, racoon, groundhog, sucker, fall fish, crappie, pheasant, mule deer, scaple, crackling, putting meat, cow heat, tongue is a favorite and anything that moves
No dove? Was a pretty good year for them here in eastern Pa

It's called charcuterie.

I had one of those steaks one time. Out the door the bill for the family was 450 bucks. Pretty good experience haha

Lots of good meat in NEPA love the polish food in the area to
loved the wild bills ."you don't need teeth to enjoy this beef"
Wild bills jerky is probably a north eastern jerky
Tip... wagyu is a Japanese word not a Chinese one. So "wa" like a baby not "way" like a surfer girl 😜
