I have a feeling that this is just a sham by the president of Bolivia to get people to vote for him because this is basically how Joe Biden is rolling with saying we saved democracy. It just seems like it's too coincidental that they have not breached the presidential Palace by force.
These short clips are largely pointless
I don't think they are pointless. They get the gist of a situation in less than a minute which can be a good thing for those commuting. I honestly prefer reading instead of watching a 5-10 minute video that just prattles on without getting to the point. At least when i read the same 10 minute worth, it only takes me 1-2 minutes.

People have already expected this event(do you think the states will keep quiet for that). Also, this isn't the first case. It can't be coincidental when several leaders from countries that opposed Israeli actions in Gaza were either mysteriously dead or assassinated recently (this is public information).
