I'm getting into collecting late too bro... played a ton of Pokémon games growing up, but not the tcg and collecting now that I have cash. I love the art aspect especially too. Definitely will support your shop! Good luck man
You need to be taking pictures of all your cards, not useing the images off the pokemon website.... Its not 'alot of extra work' its essential work, i need to see the card before I ever consider buying from a website.
My thought is that you are not ready to open a business. I mean it respectfully. You need more inventory, a bigger social media brand/following, and a better understanding of what it takes to be successful in this field. I hope you understand this was not meant to be hurtful. And maybe you disregard the advice from a random UA-cam comment anyway. Maybe failing forward is the best means of success anyway. Best of luck regardless.
I'll answer this in a video. I respect your thoughts - there's just so much about your mindset that I feel needs to be touched on as too many people "need everything to be perfect" to be "ready" when that's so not the case. Anyway, look out for that video soon.
@@leafbracerco that’s an understandable and optimistic mindset, but I don’t see how you can justify “starting a business” with a couple hundred bucks in inventory. What’s your sourcing method? Are you buying product from distributors or local collections? How will you drive traffic? What niche do you fill? These are questions you should be answering. Not big ideas about a brick and mortar or “I’m not going to be a scammer”. There’s TONS of reputable sellers with 100x the inventory, following, and experience. Additionally, please don’t sell a card raw and say “probably a 9 or 10!”. It’s off-putting. Grade it yourself if you believe that. Plus it’s ultra modern. Almost every card not stepped on is a 9 or 10.
You don’t need social media branding. Literally only need eBay and TCG. Started my own business just this month. Currently have 6,000+ listed while having cost of goods already returned.

Why not a caffe that sells pokemon cards. Buy coffee and packs, sit down and chill. Nice relaxing bg music
That's also something we are considering :)
Congratulations to you and your fam on starting your business. Good luck now and in the future. Stay true to yourself and you’ll be great 😊

Dude I used to manage a Hollywood Video! Great times
You did?! That's awesome! I really miss those times.
I was about to purchase $30 USD from your single cards, but I live in Mexico and there is no shipping :(

Best of luck with business. I love the idea of the name.
Thank you! I appreciate the kind words.
Do you have less modern cards such as like 10 years ago
Not at the moment but we are working to expand what we have. Any specific sets you'd like to see?
@@leafbracerco I’m personally looking at any of the tag teams sets from Sun and Moon
@@LeBronGotPosterisedByYabuseleI'll let the team know!
Is there a certain amount of $$ someone has to spend to get free shipping?
Sadly not at the moment but as the business grows we will look for ways to save on shipping. Until then, any support will get us closer to that goal.

@@Mr0erick0 Yes but this isn’t about this man doing eBay. I’d be fine with that. He opened a website and intends to be a business in that manner.
