Fernando Moutchatcha (real name Yoro Diallo, not to be confused with Yoro Diallo) was a musician from Mali. He was muslim. He died in France in 2001. He just released one album in 2000. In 1997, everyone saw Yoro Diallo dit Moutchatcha, with his title "Fernando", propellant Alpha Oumar Konaré - the first democratic president elected in Mali. I personally recommend the song “San Wo San.”
