Finally, this has got to be the best seafood luxury buffet here in Australia and dare I say, this may actually take top spot at their buffet counterparts out in Las Vegas! Luxury and high end dishes served up at the many stations; most notably the seafood station! Fresh lobsters, Morton Bay Bugs, King Crab, Oysters, Scallops... you name it, they have it! And if chilled seafood isn't to your liking? The chefs at the Epicurean can whip up fresh-from-the-kitchen creations that are steaming hot and doused on butter and garlic.
But don't fill up on the seafood as the carvery and roasts are second to none! The best lamb I've ever had, a delectable succulent roast, and even a roast of kangaroo bouncing with flavour. A great and authentic Asian station comes next with the bbq and an amazing noodle station; and as tempting as it is to fill up there, I recommend watching and pacing your email because the dessert station is one not to miss! A very enjoyable buffet!

The buffet was quite exceptional! Probably the best I’ve had and had $130 US, it is pretty good value compared to even those of Las Vegas
Dudes the best he's way better than Weise or Chan they got good content but Lee has the best so far.

Another great Buffet that you shared in this video. Seafood and meat selection was extensive. Plus them cooking up the seafood for you was above and beyond.
The class was quite high, but if you convert that into American dollars, it actually is better than a lot of the Vegas Buffet

I'm gonna say it, Moreton bay bugs are the best eating crustacean on the face of the earth. Best served hot cooked from green (raw - not steamed first) over the grill, hot plate or heavy pan in copious amounts of garlic butter.

Yes they will ask you to leave. Most buffet in Australia has time limit and they inform you that beforehand.
The chinese will screw you any way they can . They will have plenty of Farmed Salmon and Talapia farmed Shrimp and cheap rice.@kerry3546
This guy will eat a salmon before Tuna. Salmon are basically dog food in Alaska where these are from.

Honestly, how do you get ready for the buffets? Skip eating for a couple of days? Even if Tim didn’t feel stuffed after this buffet, I felt over stuffed after watching the video. Great food and service, what a treat!
It’s a bit of practice… And I don’t eat like this every day. One thing that may not be apparent in the videos is that the actual dining experience takes a long time, much longer than we think.😉

Oh, it’s actually about $130 when converted into US. The American dollar goes a lot farther in Australia and considering all the great seafood and meat options, it is quite good value.

Well done Tim. This buffet is not meant for an average wage earner. You presented it very well but as usual you have to say nice things about the food. Using barramundi fish for such an elegant restaurant has down played it's uniqueness. I thought they would have a better choice like coral trout. Anyway the barramundi looks over cooked. Thanks for the video.
Nice video! It's not normally $200AU, this is Easter public holiday pricing. It's normally Monday - Thursday $135AUD, Friday - Saturday $155AUD, Sunday $145AUD.
It is interesting about the different pricing. I’m curious to know if they offer different dishes on these holiday buffets then on a regular dinner buffet.

Apparently, there are 1.4 million Chinese Australians by ancestry, in comparison, Canada has 1.7 million. Australia has 1/3 less total population though.

I have to go to Australia. These buffets are like nothing I've seen in the States. That buffet looks magnificent. And only 132 USD!
Considering the amount of seafood and high-quality of the meats, it was quite worth it
Suggest you head to Singapore hotels for their buffets, forget Australia.
I always wonder how you choose who to blur and who not to? also why do you blur someone in one shot, but show their face in the next? Not meaning to be negative, just very curious!
It’s kind of best efforts… Generally, when someone’s looking directly into the camera, I’ll blur their face unless I’ve asked them for permission

Good question! I think there were too many other items to choose from as I can see down the line. Didn’t mind using the hands for the shellfish

Oh my goodness that was Not a proper pavlova at all!! Pavlovas should be round, crunchy on the outside, marshmallowy on the inside, then Real whipped cream, then the fruit sits on top. I’ve had them fancy but your real basic pavlova is topped with strawberries passion fruit bananas kiwee fruit. No chocolate syrup. This way all the flavours get happy together. Next trip Tim because I know you like your sweets. 😃
