I wouldn’t get seaweed from the beach..seaweed floats-along with gas/oil from boats, sunscreen from swimmers and pee from swimmers and boaters! You should see the lobsters from Japan-look nothing like Maine’s-no big claws and spidery with stripes..try Skate wings-you must skin them as it’s inedible-and pan fry with butter and old bay or bake-tastes like scallops and cheap
