Urfi wasn't rude. It was a fun way the way she said it. It was Sakshi's Ego that ruined it, not her self respect. She called Soundous as two faced person for no reason so that Urfi will pick her. But Urfi probably noticed that and said the truth. In later episodes, Sakshi has belittled Kashish so many times, by calling her Bakri whereas she herself looks like Bhais. Akashlina was also called Bitch so many times, but she kept her class and fiery spirit and took it like a Badass.
