on the 5th day of Christmas,my true love gave to me! 5 hours of sugar high 4 burn marks a letter to lubricate 2 cups of granulated sugar and a palm of the first degree!
From just watching this, i guessed by the quality that you would have hundreds of thousands of subscribers so i was surprised to see you dont. You make great high quality content, thanks and keep it up!
Great video. Have a look at Lofty Pursuits to see the pros doing it. It was fun to see how you tackled the same challenges that come with molten sugar on a smaller scale.
Thanks in just 2 1/2 hours it's going to be New Years Eve 2022 . I was like no more candy canes wondering if I can make candy canes and you can cool . Yours is the first video I came across . I'll make sure to wear thicker gloves . Thank you so much .
Type "corn syrup substitute" in UA-cam search engine and you'll find recipes to use that aren't corn syrup. Jemma Stafford of "Bigger Bolder Baking" has a good recipe to try for corn syrup substitute. I hope that helps. My best friend is highly if not deathly allergic to corn so I am always looking for loopholes to make the same things without corn!
Brilliant video, though just a small suggestion if you wanted a deeper red colour; don't pull the red one at all and add a little more dye. This might make it a little more transparent when it set, however. then again I'm no expert and it's just from my experiences and from other videos.
He could feel the heat but not get burned. It's common knowledge that the fire department of flavortown was abolished because he(the PI of flavorlab) invented a burn proof sugar seal. Now fire emergencies in the greater flavortown area are responded to by researchers of flavorlab covered in the sealant.
I was sent here by NileRed. I enjoyed the video and I've subscribed. However, I have to point out that the F and C scales are completely mismatched in the 1st 3 of the 6 temperature ranges you provided. The 4th range is correct. The 5th and 6th temperature ranges each include a single error. In the 5th range, if the C range is correct, then the F range should read 295-310. In the 6th range, if the F range is correct, then the C range should read 160-177. But if the C range is correct, then the F range should read 320-360.
Can u make more vids like science food magic like ur before video the noodles stuff ? Maybe other foods that could react. I really like ur vids since the noodles now xD
So I tried this recipe and one tool he did not mention, not once was muscle. My uncle was watching me throw a fit over this and just was like “let me try”. And he could pull the candy: Twig arms aren’t recommended to try this recipe to say the least
If I did peppermint ones, I'd want to add a little bit of vanilla. It always drives me crazy that they don't put vanilla in store bought peppermint canes. I feel like it would taste so much better. I'm curious if anyone did that. That's why I'm watching this video.
On the first day of christmas, my true love gave to me, a palm burn of the first degree.
