I am so happy that you love the happy mail! The elastic headbands and the tulle I had originally bought because I was going to make tutus with them, the bands being the waist band and then wrapping the tule to make the skirt, if that makes any kind of sense at all!!! LOL I love your Petal Blossom too and her twin cousin Novaleigh Skye sends lots of love and hugs! ❤️
