Malapit na ba yung lasa ng espresso ng Noon East dito sa Flair Pro? Or malayo yung extraction? If you could do a review nung 2 machine para macompare. Plan ko kasi bumili ng entry level espresso machine.
To be honest, I prefer the flair because it can extract cafe-quality shots far faaaar better than entry-level machines like the Noon East. Taste notes are more pronounced and viscosity is thicker and richer. The only caveat is yung workflow. It's not for everyone because of the preparation and all the variables (grind size, pressure profiling, water temp, preheat and clean up) it takes just to make 1 shot. But for me, i find that it's also bec of these variables that make espresso brewing so much more fun! I guess it really depends how deep you want to go into manual espresso making po: • Are you a tinkerer and have a strong palate for really good espresso? Do you love playing around with variables and are willing to go through a lot of prep for your coffee in the morning? Then I suggest go for the flair all the way! I promise you won't regret it! • Or do you just want a quick good quality drink in the morning yet still wanna feel all that barista tingles while making a cup? hahaha Maybe there are budget constraints? And not sure how far you wanna take this hobby? Then a budget semi-auto machine like a Noon East is a great start! Other suggested machines in this level are Donlim, Asahi, Anko and Petrus at around P3k-P8k. • But if you have a higher budget and still want to get a really good espresso at a mid-level range, I highly suggest the Gemilai 3605 at less than P10k po. I'll be reviewing this machine in another video po! Sorry, I just realized how long my answer is. I've grown quite the passion to the craft. But I hope I answered your question. :D
Excellent work..keep up the clips
Thank for making me happy
