Korean street food at its best indeed! We don't just get amazing recipes from your channel, we also learn alot. The process of osmosis did a really great job in here. Dry brine seems really an interesting part. Have to try this with other proteins too. Wow! Lovely color, enticing.
I love this recipe, the pulled pork definitely needs sugar!!! Such an awesome explanation on the sciences behind osmosis and why to use salt and acid. As a mom love the simplicity of buying products like those buns. This is a amazing recipe! Love the edit and the shots. Also I never tried to peel the ginger with a spoon.
Monika you may like making the buns- I just rather buy them- much easier like you said. Thanks for noticing the science stuff....I love talking about that stuff....And yes the spoon works better than a peeler.
Hi- well you can do this technique on other large formats meats of pork isn’t on you table. You can do it with a small chicken breast just less salt of course - and let it sit for 1/2- 1 hour-
So delicious this bo ssam recipe! I love how you always explain the reaction between several ingredients to achieve the desired result, the desired flavour, in this case with the dry brine method. And as always the final result is really tempting with the pork, the bao buns, the carrot, the cucumber.. Amazing recipe Alexis ! See you soon 😋👩🏻🍳👏🏼👍🏼
Wow the brining process is definitely makes it succulent. It does look super tasty and everyone would for sure enjoy. So nice to be able to experience making this one of this day! Thumbs up.
Hey hi.....glad to see you thanks.....it's one of the best ways to make it fool proof....is that technique. You can do it on a chicken breast with just a little salt and let it sit for 15 -30 minutes and the same thing will happen to the protein strands.
