    We are pleased to present you 32 warm up exercises for Taekwondo Olympic style. This training was directed by Juan Moreno.
    The exercises are:
    1. Knee up to the front and side.
    2. Roundhouses kick with knee down.
    3. Substitution front knee up, slide back.
    4. Back knee up, slide back.
    5. Back knee up, 180 degree pivot back backward.
    6. Substitution front knee up forward.
    7. Double knee up forward staring with back leg.
    8. Double knee up forward staring with front leg.
    9. Back kick.
    10. Roundhouses kick staring with back leg, back kick forward.
    11. Roundhouse kick staring with front leg, back kick forward
    12. Front leg fake, back leg Axe kick forward.
    13. Front leg fake, front leg Axe kick forward.
    14. Slide back, Step forward, straight punch forward.
    15. Straight punch fakes, inside crescent kick.
    16. Straight punch fake, monkey kick.
    17. Slide back, front Roundhouses.
    18. Slide back, regular Roundhouses kick, roundhouses knee down with the front leg.
    19. Slide back regular Roundhouses kick, Hook kick with the front leg.
    20. Quick stepping in place.
    21. Quick low front kicks.
    22. Quick jumping jacks.
    23. Quick knee lifts.
    24. Quick high knees.
    25. Jumps.
    26. Jump and separating the legs to the sides.
    27. Jump and bend the legs back.
    28. Jump with legs extended to the front, to the side and bending back.
    29. Alternate jumps.
    30. Quick straight punches.
    31. Side kick forward keeping the knee up.
    32. Several directions kicks keeping the knee up.
