I could do this if I was a lot stronger.
gotta thumbs up that..
Same bro
Same, not that hard if you’re stronger like
If my Nan had bollocks she’d be my grandad
The comment should be “i could do this if i was a lot younger. Like bruh. That’s so f****** obv like why even comment that
you have to be crazy strong just to hand them to him
Brit Ollie Yep👍
that moment when the blue shirt guy puts it down with 1 arm
A 100kg is such a small size is more than doable for the type of people in that gym. For the average body builder, it's way tougher... these dudes train in strong man, which mainly consists of very heavy weight in little lumps.
The average person would look at how easy these people pick em up, and be stunned when they tried lol.
@@MrSingaporeproductioI mean both his spotters are very large humans, Eddie is just a full on refrigerator
One of these dumbbells weighs 30kg heavier than me lol
spotters are strong too lol
gotta be to spot the beast!
No doubt. I handed off some 60kg dumbbells the other week and it damn near killed me. Insanely awkward to pick up.
I know, it's like a workout on it's own! I was always picked to spot people who needed these damn weights lifted up for them, that was my exercise for the day!
@Schwanzus Longus It looked funny, he handled it like it was nothing.
@@flangmasterj If I lift over 35Kg with one hand I'll die
When your spotters have to warm up to be able to give you the dumbbells
Haha.
Lool
Lmao
😂😂😂😂😂
I felt that.
Imagine how strong you have to be to give those 100kg Dumbell now imagine how strong is Eddie Hall
Ronnie Coleman is more stronger. not only 7x with the 200 lbs.
8x 30⁰ also with 200 lbs...
@@borillkageza1443 no way you just said ronnie is stronger than eddie hall
@@borillkageza1443 your grammar is bad
@@borillkageza1443 hey Einstein those aren’t 200lbs, they are 220 (100kg=220.5 pounds) and Ronnie would not be able to get 2 reps with 220s.
@@borillkageza1443 those are 100kg dumbells, so its 200kg not 200lbs, so its 440lbs dumbells Eddie is lifting if that's easier for you to understand, it does say kg in the title of video 🙄
The guys with him are stronger than most gym goers purely for being able to pass him the weights
those guys are big guys!
They are a lot, A LOT strongee than most gym goers
It’s impossible to carry a 220lb dumb bell like that. That’s like giving somebody 5x 45lb plates
When the spotters need spotters......
lol, good one
Lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣
you re gadamn hight!
lol
The guy in the background is like "bro one of those weighs 20kg more than me"
I think 40kg more.. :D :D :D
Actually I'm pretty sure each dumbell is 50kg :/
***** gotcha
wtf 😂
yeah, & you can count the plates..... I mean how are they not 100kg?
"Note to self, you dont need to go to forest to see bears"
Finding them in a gym is rare though
eamh2002 E34 best bmw
@@Im_Not_Eddy finding them in a strongman or Russian wrestling gym is pretty common
I am exactly 100 kg. You have lifted me in ur both hands. Thanks Eddie for making me lose my ego and making me humble.
:D the kid in the background is like: "oh lawd, let me be as blessed as him! Maybe one day I shall be worthy to yield such powers !"
Buddy Jesus XD
Buddy Jesus problem with that is that Hall was a top swimming athlete through middle school, started into the powerlifting scene in his mid to late teens, and won the national strength title at 23.
If duder wants to go that far, he’s gotta put in a lot more work to make up for his start. Gains only get harder with age, yo
past like 37-38 yeah. before that it's just gains if you are dedicated@@MerlinsJester
Top Memer until 30, it’s like you’re cheating. After, you’ve got a decade of earning every pound you gain. Then it starts getting hard
@@MerlinsJester I question this heavily.
my god i can't believe such a dumbbell even exists
Insane POWER.
.INSANE power
Best troll
guy on the benchprress, time to bench, nahh, i better watch this!
The spotters are strong too man
my best ever is 12 reps with 40kg dumbells, this man is a, well.. BEAST!
Damn that strong. Your height and weight?
Mine is 35 for 10 reps at 70 kilo bodyweight, I am 185, 6'1". Pretty skinny and devious sleeper build
I think he can take on a gorilla/tiger/lion/medium sized gruzzly bear with his bear hands.
@@dummy9517youre anorexic 😂 im 186, 85kg, similar strength numbers though
@@dummy9517 6 foot 200 lbs but with flat tummy 185😜
'I did a great workout at the gym today love'
'Oh yeah, love. What did you work today? Legs or back?
'I spotted for Eddie Hall.'
*handed over the weights. It was not spotting
I love how the guy in the background is just like "ok now i need to do my set" but then he gets up to continue watching the beast doing his set.
thats like pressing 1 huge dudes in each hand.
That's a Mike Tyson in each mitt.
That's 30kg more than me and I'm 5'11"
@Kauri Jokivuori I'm asian. Also like now I gained weight and 76. If that matters.
I'm 6'3 102Kg
@Tom fat bitch
You're on another level bro. That was awesome..
INCLINES ! He could do even more on flat bench for sure.
I have had these for several weeks ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
Kid bench pressing not even half of a dumbbell in the background: this is what I aim to achieve in 30 years
No wrist or elbow wraps, what an absolute beast of a human
He is nicknamed in the giant's 'Eddie Hall The Beast' very suited.
These sure are some damn strong spotters
Perfect form!👍🏻
doing more then my deadlift in each hand
You just start or something?
pfft you weak
@@adlibconstitution1609 you weak too everyone starts somewhere
@@adlibconstitution1609 I bet he now lifts more than you
How’s your deadlift now
The kid on the back LOL
Perfect reps. Eddie is a powerhouse.
I think he can fight a gorilla/tiger/lion/medium sized grizzly bear and even beat it.
I'd like to think that young lad in the back about to bench will one day be world's strongest man himself, and will look back at this video as the day he knew his future goal.
Damn son each dumbbell weighing 100kg is insane!
Man, no video or picture brings the mass of Eddie justice. You know the guys picking them up are big, but he fucking dwarfs them and makes that weight look like a fucking 20lb dumbell. Straight monster
Applause for the spotters. And of course Eddie Hall is the beast.
Pure Strength.
imagine how inspiring that must of been benching one plate a side watching him bench basically 2 plates a side with one hand on an incline and for more reps than your doing your 1 plate with both arms on a flat.
Just did 20kg inclined dumbell press for 7 rep and feel like my elbow will brake a part.
He is a strong man bro ... Not an average guy ... And they are on steroids too

WHAT THE FUUUUUUUU lol perf form, killin it
Eddie is so strong on those pressing movements, like a young Savickas!
he was stronger in his prime than savickas was.
@@dennisruud825 I agree
Prime Eddie is without a doubt the strongest human being ever, statically at least. Big Z is close, but quite not stronger than 2017 Eddie
I would really like to meet this guy but I know it won’t happen it would be awesome his such a Highly
Motivated person And doesn’t give up also seems like a cool guy as well
Best of you foo fighters.
Wow. That is mad strength. Congrats.
Crazy
the speed is insane eddie wow great stuff
bro said my set can wait i gotta see this
those were some solid ass reps
0:38 I would have just dropped to the floor picking that up myself haha
Beast!!
You almost give me a heart explosion!
clean moviment
guy is out of this world to me
I'm gonna start making that sound he makes at the end of a set "OOSST!!"
Alex Terry uc ig
Me on the toilet......
He makes powerful blows with mouth, it gives that explosive strength
when eddie doing ffffffffffffffffffffff, he giving nitro to his muscles
that small stickman in the backround watching right before he does his 60 kg bench be like " aigt imma head out"
😔😔😔
Im here doing 16kg on incline thinking I'm strong
Formidable strength, he could easily kill someone with his bare hands.
If he got hold of you or on top of you in a fight you would be totally screwed, even if you were a good fighter
@@stemple11100 lol you know nothing about fighting the average Joe yes but a professional will wreck him
@@Islam_is_the_truth.4 you are so dumb if you think any professional fighter that doesn’t weigh at least 100kg themselves wouldn’t be snapped in half by a prime Eddie hall
@@Islam_is_the_truth.4 listen kid. No man that weighs 170lb and under no matter how good of a fighter they are. Will do nothing to Eddie hall. You think Khabib can beat up Eddie with wrestling ?? Lmao you think Connor can ko Eddie the gorilla?
@@rabbigoldbergsilverstein2899 Firstly calling me a kid when you don't even know what I look like shows your insecurities I'm guessing you've never fought before have you and khabib will put Eddie to sleep within minutes are you feeling ok lol an elite mma fighter vs a fat turtle with no movement bet you think you can take on khabib to with your 270lb unhealthy vessel lol stick to being an incel you know nothing about what a actual professional fighter is and a UA-cam deluded boxer you child.
If I were the guy in the background, I'd be all "what do I even bother?"
These are full lockout reps too, on an incline! Less lower chest to power the move. Not taking anything away from big Ronnie Coleman but he only used to do partial reps with this weight, on a flat bench.
He had different goals tho. He definitely could have done better if he wanted to, but he felt better connection that way so.
However, Eddie is still much stronger even if Ronnie was doing full reps
He’s handling them like there much lighter then they are ! 😮wow 😊
And on incline bench 😮
respect to the spotters though
The most strong bench in the universe
That MUST be the world's strongest bench.
Now do 100kg dumbbell flies
lol
bahahaha
rip shoulders
Zeshan Ali nope
Steroids are healthy A full 100kg fly in proper form is highly unlikely.
Is this a record in incline bench press with dumbells? Extremely strong!
I think at some point it becomes less feasible because of how long sideways the entire dumbbell has to be. Unless they are made out of denser alloy that takes up less room
@@ericwilliams398 Need more of the golden dumbbells at Gold's Venice.
@@IVEdgeJulius Maddox could press them, but who would hand them off bruh
If I was there and Eddie said
"can you pass me that dumbell please"
I would reply "no I can't"
Then he would catch you and press you infinitely
damn monster strentgth
pretty solid shit...
Spotters breaking bicep curl WR casually just to handle dumbbells to Eddie...
That my deeadlift that he have in each hand and repoing it that’s insane
Damn he was explosive with them too
the face of the kid behind is like wtf bro
That's my flat, barbell bench max in 1 hand...
Samelol
F...... Beast!!
When you train for years just to be strong enough to hand Eddie one of his dumbbells…
Foo Fighters 👍
Tristemente yo no podría pasarle ni una mancuerna. Eddi es una bestia, pura fuerza bruta, descomunal, de otro planeta.
then take a look to Ronnie Coleman.
Eddi is good but Ronnie much stronger.
@@borillkageza1443 bruh
Such a casual
Ronnie was a beast, super strong for a bodybuilder. But that's it
Don't disrespect Eddie by comparing him with Eddie. Both shouldn't even be at the same sentence together
Keep in mind this is incline as well!!!
I curl 100kg dumbbells for 5 reps
*in my dreams*
When your spotters need to train for several days and be on a high protein diet for the day just to lift those and give it to Eddie😂😂😂
This is considered fairly good in Pounds and he does this in Kilos lol.
What name the music?
"Hey bro maybe you should lower the weight and work on your form. Muscles are primarly build in the 8-12 rep range."
The Moutain Junior
Are you fucking serious!!!???
🤣🤣🤣
Your dumbness renders me speechless!!
Can't expect much from someone who spams emojis, my guy.
@@glynhardy2532 Umm, what's wrong with your brain?
How about you ask Dorian Yates that same question ? He trained 1 set to failure with positive and negatives forced reps with 6 to reps and look at his physique. That 8 to 12 shit is for people who are afraid to lift heavy ass weights! Tell even that to Ronnie who was the biggest and strongest freak of all in his day? Yes he has got problems with his back now from this but his workouts worked!
Yeah man all of those dense bodybuilders like Dorian and Ronnie trained heavy Ronnie did sometimes 1-12 and Dorian did six to eight and I believe Dennis James did the same as well as Kevin Levrone and heavier weights is better because it hurts less
kid in the back had to literally sit down again to watch it
Me mirin Eddie...
"that's gonna be me soon, maybe after 6 million dollars...man..."
i love the skinny guy in the back like errrrrr ok
Where on earth can you get such dumbells?
What he takes before taking weights ?
That's like 220 lbs an arm. Holy moly
Song?
in 2018 larry wheels can do 90kg x 12reps @Bw of 120kg+
Imagine slapping 200kg on a barbell and doing a push press with it. Most strongmen are happy to get that. This 200kg dumbbell press is completely strict and he did it for seven🤯
100kg each hand am presuming?
50kg in each hand
Coz so used to seein sets of dumbells, im like yea thats cool, then im like wait a min, put tbat in perspective at my heaviest i was 98kg lol, its like wen thor threw a washing machine
Wow
I did that once, then woke up to clean the bed sheets
6.5 reps of 100kgs 👏
Minimum requirements to spot Eddie hall: deadlift 400kg, bicep curl 100kg
i would be happy if i could handle 100kg as these guys did haha i weight 87kg and i struggle to lift the 50kg dumbells from the rack
You know, it's a mortal human problem. We all are the same except these strongmen
