Nice project and build! You can separate the light and heat issues by using an incubator heating bulb. They screw into a normal bulb socket, to provide heat, but no light. You could manage the light timing with a common light timer. Both parts can be found on Ebay, for cheap.
Hello Sir. Thanks for your insite. I'm using a W1209 thermostat but my temperature is not staying constant for as long as I want. At least not as it does in my small industrial Bator. What could be the problem?

It wasn`t much more, if not less than £20.
