It would be nice if Ertl replaced the basic 1/64 and just completely take over with the prestige
Problem with that is that it would narrow the market. You need the shelf models that a parent buys thier 4yo to keep the profits to where they can do more Prestige stuff.
When I was a kid in the 80s/90s those basic models were all there was 😂 y'all got it made these days
