The wisdom shared about mindfulness, self-care, and embracing solitude truly resonates. It’s a gentle reminder of how we can find peace and balance, even in the later stages of life. You are already what you want to be. You just need to know it. Knowledge, not action. Knowing the self as consciousness, being, limitless. Let go of identification with the body, mind, chi, doer, enjoyer, (ego), and connect the "I" with consciousness, being, limitless... that light of consciousness is you, the world, and God. You are the whole. Advaita Vedanta.

He speaks in negatives. A lot of double negatives, instead of just stating it positively. Very strange.
