I come back to how I haven't been able to make people understand what happened as I broke my back mounteneering, 40 years ago... and I WAS pain... I am still healing myself and I love it. Back then I said: as soon as I can I go climbing again! This saying kept me very vivid and alive where I wasn't allowed to move an inch, just laying on my back awaiting the unknown future steps. I am ready to start yournalling... and we'll see what is the next step! Climbing is realised inside and I love to share this inside job with you all. 🧩🌞🙏💛🍀

It is very difficult to hear your own thoughts when you are surrounded by the noise of other people. It is difficult to know your own beliefs, when you are surrounded by people telling you what to believe. One drowning man can not save another.

I've attained this for myself to set boundaries and have my space but also to engage when necessary still being able to distance myself.. Oh how much I luv to finally have my own space. I tried to attempt to go to a ladies coffee but pretty much got ousted out the first time. Everything I attempt to join brings me back to a knowing that I don't want to belong to them knowing how they act very disrespectful towards me. This has brought me into a whole new awareness and space and life. It's a little challenging to not have any friends but thats the way it is. It doesn't fulfill me to try to get noticed anymore, so now its having space to be me.

I have for yrs. given my time and thousands of dollars to people that didn't give a shit about me and didn't give anything in return but grief. I have now started to understand this message and have totally started stepping back and put up me boundaries!! This took me yrs. to learn. I'm a Virgo and so loyal to people and very good at running a business, this was the thing that was most hard for me to learn and continue to learn!!!

Was happy to hear this teaching. After a very busy life I’ve found being by myself is the joyful part of my life. Having to engage with the outer world seems to exhaust me. If I need drama In my life I will watch a tv drama and turn it off when I’ve had enough. It isn’t personal and will quickly leave my mind. Thanks again for sharing your wisdom with us. I love having found this site.

I find that, as I live on my own and do not have a TV. I read more and expand my mind. I find it difficult to be around people for any length of time, because their outlook, wants, hates and aspirations have a physical effect on me. I find myself drained and seeking solitude.

When the corresponding parts of our individualities do not “vibrate” in the same way, I’ve found it often necessary to remove myself from this person or this situation….when I “stayed” it inevitably ended up being destructive to my primary aim to evolve Spiritually and a waste of my good energy and intentions…. sometimes it is better to be “still”and let “Life” flow without judgement or criticism… thank you so very much for this wonderful video! 🕊️❤️🕊️

It made whole Indus Valley crushed by cruel Mughals turks & others to crush peaceful society slave for almost 1000 years until Sikhs led sword to cut the rock & on the other hand whole Buddhist Chinese civilization converted to non believers so to set peace cutting the rock also necessitates Negative & positive make material life run with lessons both in material life as well as in spiritual path To get away from circumstances isn’t apply everywhere even if one’s want to….. Anyways lord Buddha did it in different way it’s just depends on what an individual learnt from spiritual life with his own practice how his whole mind think it..because no one is the same everyone has its own philosophy even in one religion views are different how individuals practice “ Isn’t it?
