This was certainly one of the highlights for me. The lasers that started at 4:15 were moving and made it look like you were beneath the waves. Unfortunately, the effect was only visible from certain locations in the venue (the stars behind the mix desk, probably from the stage). @betinmeistika I got to see him once when he was still touring with The Flower Kings maybe 20 yrs ago. Last time he ever went to America.
