Just found your videos. Was diagnosed with radial nerve palsy 5 months ago with no improvement. Now they think it's cervical. Had cervical mri and mri with contrast on brachial plexus. Getting second nerve study next week . Excited to find out your in Florida and may reach out if surgery is suggested.

Man I wish we had this doctor where I'm from. I have lumbar stenosis with neurogenic claudication L4 L5 he wants to do decompression at L4-5 segment through the use of instrumented posterolateral fusion with hopeful benefits. I don't want big screws in my body. I do understand why more doctors are not doing this. I'm not ready for my life to be over .I feel like this is going to bring more problems in the future.

I have a spinal stenosis on C2-3-4-5-6 level and in my country there is no cure without any blocking movement. Doctors say that "We will put screws and you wont be able to rotate your neck again". So I'm afraid of this situation cuz I'm already 27 years old and I need to work now and in future. So, If I get ultrasonic cervical stenosis surgery, will I able to use my head free as normal humans?" And I wonder price of this surgery. Can I get any info from u?

I love your videos! I have a VERY important question for you.
I have a 4 level ACDF. I had no idea we could get disks replaced!
My doctor didn’t even mention it. I feel robbed. He just acted like a 4 level fusion was the only option. I hate it. I feel like I’m degrading.
I have competed in every world and Olympic team trials from 2003 to 2016. I was fused in 2019 c4-C7. all I want to do is coach. I feel robbed of my ability to properly coach and exercise.
I hope it’s reversible. Is it? Any advise?! Even basic exercise seems to further degrade upper and lower areas with a fused neck.
What can I do?!

I've suffered for the last 15 years with every lumbar disk herniated. I've become very limited in what I can do now, quit the gym was hard.
Anyway being 70 I have worried more about the anesthesia as I was getting older, hence no surgery.
