I live, as the crow flies, about 300 yards from the stage at Knebworth. I had the widow open in the bog as Liam was banging out Super nova, beast crap i had banged out for months!
Rockfield studios legendary place,the damned,bad manners and many others recorded at this magnificent place,just love Liam what a guy.

Saw that band named after a desert feature a long while back, he spent the entire time shooting the bird at the audience. Of course hardly anyone knew that as Americans. Then we met him backstage and my girlfriend had no idea who they were, and he seemed very offended.

Always thought Liam was a quality guy. Read all the oasis books - no one ever said the same about Noel. I don’t have a brother but couldn’t imagine cutting him out my life. What if he died tomorrow or got a terminal disease.
