honestly oshi no ko might be the only anime/manga to do incest the right way, aqua and ruby arent siblings per say and their backstories were pretty sad, sarina was in love with goro but when she died she was reborn as ruby and guess what, since she still had memories from her past life it meant she still loved goro and when she finds out goro is aqua she cant hold back no more, trust me when I say this if you love someone like A LOT you wouldn't be able to hold back your love for them even if they were your siblings, also ruby's love for goro is quite different since goro was the only person who cared for her and was with her till the very end so in reality ruby didn't just love goro but she probably has some overly obsessive fatuation with him, imagine you have a huge crush on your girl best friend but one day you two find out that you both are long lost siblings, the romantic feelings wont go away in an instant, the way I see this going is that ruby will slowly lose her feelings for aqua and realize that sometimes you cant always love someone even if it hurts not to be with them
