I of course especially love the signature Friends couch!

It’s not quite Central Perk but it’s still a very cute set. I probably would have used this set to try changed some things to make it look exactly like Central Perk.
I have made over 100 of these kinds of DH miniature builds from very tiny (about the size of a quarter) to as big as a large microwave oven. One thing I have noticed with every one I build is that a lot of items are made from paper (which doesn’t hold up over time) and items like beads which doesn’t give the kind of detail and realism I want in anything I make. So I try to change these things by making them myself out of raw materials like wood, plastics, resins, polymer clay, and fabric. Plus it’s lots of fun to change certain things like a couch fabric to a fabric you prefer. I also like to take something like a brick wall and painstakingly make it out of my own homemake bricks 🧱 (made from polymer clay) or lay down a wood flooring by using coffee stir sticks. It really makes the final build look so much better and more realistic.
Please let me say I am in no way trying to take away from what you did in this video. I have a lot of respect for anyone that has the patients and ability to put these little creations together. I know how much work and detail goes into making these little buildings no matter how they are made. You did a beautiful job putting this together. Not everyone has the kind of patient it takes to work with such tiny pieces. I know how frustrating😤 it can be when glue doesn’t want to dry fast enough or dries too fast 😖.
