Hey. I’m Late seeing this video. Beautiful products and of course beautiful Rhinecliff and Rhinebeck. I grew up in Rhinecliff during the late 70s-90s. My bedroom window was 2nd house in from train station. You showing Rhinecliff train station was beautiful memories for myself. My heart grew 18 yrs in the same house same bedroom and was refreshed in my nostalgia. Thank you! We live in the best area. I worked in the city for a few years and would also enjoy both lives during the week. Woodstock area is also a big treat. I currently live there now. Thanks for this gem!❤
I was fortunate to go to the Sheep and Wool festival a few years ago with my church knitting group. It was a fun and wonderful experience! I hope to visit it again one day.
Did you get to see the amazing colors if Coates & Co yarns. Her autumn mini set is unbelieveable!! I wasn't able to resist. Emma Coates came all the way from Cincinnati!!
Natalie I am so loving how your videos have advanced! You and Kent have done such a wonderful job and you can really tell by the quality of your videos now. I am also in love with how cute your two are and with each other with working with each other. Y’all are two(😂) cute!
You certainly have the knack of making browsing the shows so interesting. I love the way you looked at the stalls so we could see also. It was almost as good as attending in person. I couldn’t see much during the speed walk though! ? !😮
Thank you SO much for sharing your trip!! I have only been to Rhinebeck once, in 2019, so it was fun to see some familiar things and some that were new since then!! The little hotel you stayed at was so cool!
Natalie and Kent, this was awesome. I’ve never been and I so appreciated hearing all the little details about how to get around and getting reservations and such. Great glamour shots of the yarn too!
I thought this was a great podcast. I loved how you took the time to actually show us what Rhinebeck looks like. Thank you for sharing your experience. I also, thought it was actually nice that your spouses tagged along.
That was so fun. Cannot wait for the rest...great touring with you. Feels almost like I was there. You may consider submitting your videos to the organizing committee. Yours are by far the best and most informative. They may find clips to use for future advertising.
Can't wait for part 2. I was there Saturday and looked for your beautiful pink and purple alpenglow. But, to no avail .. so many people. Great energy though. And those brussel sprouts. Yowza. Thanks for your tour of day 1. Great tour guide.
So enjoyed this Natty as living in the UK it is very unlikely that I will get the chance to visit Rhinebeck in person. Seeing NY all lit up at night and you on the train was brilliant too! The wool festival looks so amazing and I can’t wait to see part two! One of the vendors even has the same name as me! ! Love your cute little cabin too! Great, great video!
Yarnaceous Fibers has been one of my favorites since I discovered Indie dyed yarn was a thing a few years ago. Thanks for sharing you adventures, its also very fun seeing Kent join in the fun !
You and your friend's matching bottom-up raglends turned out awesome. The two colors are so fun! Happy to see the two sweaters together. Send the impressed vibes her way.
Thank you Natalie I am hoping to attend next year (hopefully) when I visit NYC - thank you for taking the time to share the amazing weekend - looking forward to Saturday and Sunday :). I am going to the Vogue in February and am looking forward to that - I was there in 2020 just before Covid and it was my first time being exposed to knitters and yarn - so much yarn !!!
How cool that you met Emma. She's one of the purls in Four Purls yarn shop...my local yarn store. That store is right up the street from me in Winter Haven, FL.
Thanks for sharing. I saw Cabin boy knits with Jamie, Johny Boh dyes, I think Michael from Peace for Piece podcast and possible the Grocery Girls. Just love the tiny house with the view of the podcast meet up.
Thanks for the awesome video of day one. I have been waiting for your videos to go online because you do such a great job and I almost feel like I am there. I am looking forward to the Rhinebeck videos 😊
This looks so fun, yet so exhausting! We had a yarn fair in The Netherlands this weekend, too, but it was probably more the size of Cakepalooza and I'm still exhausted! How you did multiple days of multiple yarn fairs is incredible. Hope to see your haul soon! ❤️
I managed to miss the premiere but loved getting to experience Cakepalooza & Wool & Folk through you & Kent’s eyes. Maybe next year I’ll get to attend those.
I always try to get the Hudson side when I’m taking the train down to the city from Vermont. And thanks for the info about the Lyft/Uber situation at Rhinebeck! I was planning on taking the train next year to it so that’s good to know!!!
omg love the video and all the info you shared I went for the first time this year too bad I went Sunday but i will go next year and stay the weekend glad you had a great time I enjoyed it
Great video, you are so lucky to be able to afford to go to Rhinebeck for the Fiber Festival. I'm able to do the NYC Yarn Crawl in September. Yarn looks so beautiful, and you really showcase it to full advantage. Too bad Westchester Country can't do a Fiber Festival, it would be easier to get to by bus. Problem is we don't have a big fair ground to do it.
I love that he keeps requesting hats! I am trying to ask all I know if they want a musselburgh hat, but no yesses so far :P I just love plain stockinette knitting.
Hi hun. I remembered seeing those cabins on your channel for Rhinebeck. I am going this year. Can you tell me how to rent or where I can find a link to these cabins. Please? 😊💚
Yes its her, i recognized her too. I am very excited for the next few podcasts of some poscasters, including them :D too bad i'm living in germany so events like Rhinebeck are out of my reach

I was fortunate to go to the Sheep and Wool festival a few years ago with my church knitting group. It was a fun and wonderful experience! I hope to visit it again one day.
😂😂 “Cakepalooza” sounds like “what a beating” in Spanish! 😂

Cute video, Natalie! Thanks for sharing.
Oh my gosh ...this was *so* fun!
You and Kent got to "live tiny" for the weekend - imagine living in a space *almost* that small for 3 years!
That was so fun. Cannot wait for the rest...great touring with you. Feels almost like I was there.
You may consider submitting your videos to the organizing committee. Yours are by far the best and most informative. They may find clips to use for future advertising.
