I used the first chimney starter full of charcoal and added maybe another 10 or so pieces of charcoal as I went. Best I remember, I probably used about 10 or so chunks of wood for the whole 4 1/2 hour cook. Thanks for watching!
I like that cooker. Looks like you can put a pot of beans or whatever on top of the firebox. Very handy. Spatchcocked chicken or halves or quarters would be easy on that cooker.
I tried the killer hogs seasoning because of your videos. I bought the hot version. My new favorite seasoning. Also it’s not hot I would say sweet baby rays hot and spicy bbq sauce is hotter than it.

That is Prime 6 charcoal. It’s some of the hottest burning and longest lasting charcoal I’ve ever used.
