  • www.jordanouts... We booked our 6 hour Napali Coast Raft Excursion through Capt. Andy's at Napali.com/Raft/Day. This excursion took us down the Na Pali Coast on a custom 24 foot rigid hull raft with 2 powerful engines. We got to explore inside and outside of sea caves, see amazing waterfalls, see dolphins swimming by our boat, snorkel a remote beach at Nualolo Kai, eat a delicious lunch and then hike to the ruins of an ancient Hawaiian village. We highly recommend this excursion and would do it again in a heartbeat.

    Great job on your video! I definitely want to go! Also great job on balancing the music and your narrative- I could enjoy your narrative with out it being drowned by the music. Nice choice of music too! 👍👍👏

    Hello there ! What time during the day did you do this tour ? I’m not sure if I want to try to do the morning or afternoon tour ..

      We did the morning tour. The water is usually calmer in the morning. This proved to be true for us. The sunlight is better in the afternoon. Hope that helps 😃

    Your Kauai videos have been great as I've been planning our trip for this summer. What time did this raft expedition depart?

    • @JordanOutside
      @JordanOutside  2 роки тому +3

      Hi Liz, We had to be at the marina for check-in at 9:30am and we left at 10am. I'm so excited for you. Kauai was amazing!

    Awesome video! We are hoping to do this in February after hiking the Napali Coast to Kalalua. Any other recommendations for four beach lovers who will have 5 days on Kauai?

      Hey Jeff, I'm so excited for you! You're going to love it. I've broken down our trip to Kauai 4 sides of the island. You can check out each side and watch the videos to see what you want to hit. We would look at the weather and if it was raining on the north side, we would head to the south side and so on. Here's the link to the page on my Website. Hope this helps www.jordanoutside.com/kauai

    I want to book this tour but don't like the small raft. How long are you actually on the raft and how long are you snorkeling, lunch and exploring the island?

    • @JordanOutside
      @JordanOutside  7 місяців тому +1

      The snorkeling and exploring of the island was about 1.5 hours to 2 hours, but the majority of the day was on the raft. Hope that helps.

    What was your camera setup when the boat was moving fast?

    hey would you recommend going in the mornings or afternoons for a better view?

    • @JordanOutside
      @JordanOutside  8 місяців тому

      That's a great question. Usually the water is calmer in the mornings, you don't have full light yet. This video was taken from a morning excursion. The afternoons will have better light, but the seas can be a lot rougher.

    So you have to give up your shoes, do they give them back at the island to hike? Is it a hard hike?

    • @JordanOutside
      @JordanOutside  Рік тому +2

      Hi Liz, they put your shoes in a dry bag. When you get to the island they bring the dry bag up so you can have your shoes there. The hike was mostly level and pretty easy. Hope that helps 😃

    hi Jordan, I am planning a trip to Kauai and considering booking this tour. Thanks for posting your experience! Was the waves really rough and lead to seasickness?

    • @JordanOutside
      @JordanOutside  2 роки тому +1

      Hi Leo, This trip was sooo fun! The day we went wasn't too bad when it comes to waves, but because I usually get sea sick I took some dramamine that morning and I did fine. I did not get sea sick on this trip. Hope that helps 😀

      We went with Captain Andy as well last week. The boat goes fast so you're gonna be hanging on tight with some splashing. Overall awesome experience though.

      Jordan Outside. If you choose not to do the snorkeling portion do you still have to know how to swim?

    • @JordanOutside
      @JordanOutside  2 роки тому

      @@joycesalunga8034 Hi Joyce, I would say yes. They use a small speed boat and you are sitting on the side with one foot under a rope and your hand holding onto a rope. If you were to fall off the boat, you would definitely need to know how to swim. Hope that helps 😀
