- If you want to know what you can do to help the paradigm shift, it's simple. Hold positive emotions, despite the odds and all the evidence to the contrary. This is your secret weapon, love, happiness, sweetness, joy... These are the heaven frequencies that must be anchored here on the Earth, and this is the part you have come here to play.
Sure, process your shadows, feel the negative feelings you have in a constructive way, which means you would be looking for the messages those emotions carry about what has to change in either you or your life. However, you have to balance that and keep it within a couple hours a day or less, and the rest of the time notice all the beautiful things around you in the moment and start developing new emotional habits, holding the heaven frequencies.

You give me much to think about, oh wise one! I am but a grasshopper ! I have been giving in to the grief of it all barely holding a light. You are inspiring me to do better. To try and be happy when there is so much dispair around me and my heart hurts from it all. Today I will do this magic of being happy, I hugged my dog and I cant get the flowers out of the garbage that I threw away yesterday, but I will refill the bird feeder and hug my tree. I give thanks in all things. Today I inspire to be HAPPY! keep on peeing on me world, I will see it as a warm shower and rejoice! love to you allways! Thank you for your wisdom, I appreciate you and need your wisdom more than you know! hanging in there and putting my light back on and getting out of bed. Today is a good day to be alive! Thank goodness I'm no vibrational match for a dark future agenda nor do I wish to be and I bet the vast majority of humanity doesn't wish to go down that road either. Concurrently I wish to be a vibrational match for a beautiful future where we're all thriving evolving and expanding. Yet I bet we're all having a hard time figuring out how to actually be a vibrational match to that which we're all aspiring to realize. We have to be happy first. Though I am actually happy right now, I totally approve of you pushing the envelope here cause I must confess maybe I'm not on fire yet or maybe not as thrilled and enthused as I need to be 🤷♂️ I reckon you nailed it fair and square Christine✨ We got to go against any evidence that's not in harmony with what we wish to manifest.
