To be honest I don't use websites to book hotels I have fixed a company in Mumbai who manages all my flight, hotel and vehicle bookings at reasonable rates. This frees me from any unforeseen event management. As an example, while my last trip to Meghalaya there was an issue due to local riots and our vehicles were sent back to Aasam, but this company managed to get new local vehicles for transport... So this is benefit
