Already Ordered Dixit💥💥
Man looked soooo passionate when he was talking about books, one of the best guest episode!!
Love talking about this cause it's a side not many people know about :)
True
@@SahilShahcomedy Man you gained so much of my respect today
Social deduction board games are the best. Specially Secret Hitler , Avalon, Coup, werewolf
Sahil you spoke so passionately about all the book that it is instigating me to pause this talk, read the book that you recommend, finish it and then come back for the next recommendation.
Read them! Most of the books I recommended are life changing! Hence the passion :)
Exactly, very relatable experience. And I have actually started Lee Child's Jack Reacher series now.
I've seen all your book recommendation vedios but never have I added so many names to my To Be Read List (not even joshi sold books like him)
Didn't expect this episode to be this good
Thank you ❤
I love it when people express so well about what they've read! The reason you guys @chalchitra deserve respect is because you guys let people speak and express, you guys make such good listeners.
Love from Karnataka❤️
Sahil shah is like that kid who never grew up, and I'm here for it.
Man this was a great episode. Rohan Joshi and Sahil Shah have became my favorite people on UA-cam, Crossword streams and BingeOclock + everything else
35:35 book: american kingpin
36:00 book: wikileaks
36:10 book: the panama papers
36:50 book: the emperor of all maladies - a history of cancer

His part 2 is also great ! Well consumed man ! Great reccos
This episode is one of the best ones. Thank you for this. Sahil's energy when he talks about the books wohooo :D
"The way he is speaking, I think he can even sell me a NCERT"
Loved all the recommendations by Sahil, definitely buying half of the books and all of the Boardgames!! Thank you Chalchitra Talks for this episode!!
Loved this conversation.
Great show and loved the recommendations ! read the Midnight library and The internet is a playground that he recommended and really enjoyed it ! Watching it again to update my list
How passionate he his.. Totally loved all the recommendation.. wanted to read all the books he have recommended. Board games are on the most to do list
What an energetic, wholesomeperson Sahil is. 🙌
Following him since EIC days.
Thanks again CT.
I'm so so so glad Sahil recommended Roald Dahl's short dark stories...they are so underrated but absolutely amazing :)
I can't waittttt for part 2 🔥🔥🔥
I go regularly to the board games cafe that Sahil referred to. It is really good. I have played splendour and other games like ticket to ride which is another gem. I am also planning to build a collection of board games. Thank you very much for all the recommendations.
Awesome. Release part 2 already.
I spent a lot on books after Rohan's episode. I can see doing that again. Just in time for the Amazon sale ❤️
WHAT a reccs episode! hit all the right notes with the excitement, nostalgia of those childhood reads, good mix of relatable books and some to add to the TBR.
Also totally convinced to get back and finish 1984 to reach the ending.
Thanks Sahil!
(Personally vouching for Hitchhikers and A Man Called Ove, just go for it guis).
Yaaaaaas
Great recommendations, Sahil! And I agree 100%, Code Names is the best board game ever made!
The book Heretics that Sahil mentioned is by Will Storr. Its mentioned incorrectly in the desc.
@ Sahil Shah All board game recommendations were oooooooon point!!!!! I've played all of them and they are simply amazing❣ We once played codenames in groups of boys vs girls, and we (the girls ;) of course) won 6-0. It was damn competitive and hilarious at the same time!!! We should start bringing in the board game culture in India. It is such a wonderful social activity.
One of the best videos ever with lots of cool recommendations ☺️
Sahil Shah is so wholesome ❤️
hey there, love this series....please bring Rohan from Ronnie and Barty
Awesome episode....Maza aa gya
I read 1984 in January and what Sahil mentioned is completely true. I was simply blown away by where we've reached and it just started from a thought - perhaps a thought, being a seer, of George Orwell, but it is definitely a must read to understand the paradigm we live in
One of the best recommendations episode.
Keep those board games reccos coming! 😍 Cool episode! ✨
I haven't read The Midnight Line, but I'm pretty sure the first scene Sahil talked about is from Gone Tomorrow. It's just that memorable haha, that's how you know these are some amazing recommendations!
When is the second part coming live ?!?
Man I love their intro and ending music, can anyone tell me which music is it??
Sahil shah, I am so sorry!
It's true when they say, Don't judge the book by its cover. I underestimated you and for that I am sorry. You are a well full of reccos -- That too a varied one. Thank you Chalchitra talks for inviting him.
Throughout this video, I didn't even realize how quickly these 45 minutes passed. I was listening you tell about the books reccos so passionately, I can't wait for part 2.
#chalchitra100ksubs
Love it
this has become one of the most amazing videos I have seen on the channel. was laughing and smiling the whole time. thanks sahil shah and c.c.t
30:23 min thank you Vaibhav for revealing the landscape mode in kindle !
Loved the episode.....bring Kanan Gill also.
He is just like Rohan Joshi sir 😂 hyper active 💙💙 didn't feel bored for a second.
All 25 books of Jack Reacher
That's next level achievement
Disha and Vaani need to do a Stream together. We’d love to see it!
I have a question.
I'm one of the purists who reads paperbacks and Hardcovers only. But since everyone has suggested Kindle on the channel I'm considering it. Now since I have a Samsung tablet should I just download the Kindle app or invest 10-12k on a Paperwhite device?
Please give me your suggestion
Get a kindle if you can. E-ink is a game changer
Where can I get this Yoda?
I've never seen anyone talk about Bartimaeus trilogy. I loved those books. Sahil is legit in my book now.
Many many years ago me and my friends were at NCPA for Sahil Shah and Azeem Banatwalas stand up and they both came and chatted a bit with us outside the vemue. You comedians make the world a better place. May the force be with you Sahil!
Easily one of the best recco episodes.
sahil if you are reading this , let me tell keep rocking keep doing whatever you like. you are awesome and chill...
moje moje roje roje.
Yay party
Liked the stream when Vaibhav said Kindle goes landscape.
Want to have an "ohhhh shitttttttt" moment while reading your book one day. Great podcast 🎉
Very nice video. Never read any book. Now very much motivated to read many.
I got so sad after reading 1984 and years later i watched v for vendetta and that brought a closer. So to who ever i recommend reading the book I tell them to go watch this film after that.
37:58 I kind of started doubting his reccos, nevertheless they are good
The way he explained JK Rowling and HP world is top tier till date, these recommendations were EPIC!!!!!!
Please add founder of Bungee Pen in description.
Thank you
@@SahilShahcomedy Bhai CMO ki role do gye kya ??
He actually did in his insta bio, respect!!
damn dude, i like sahil shah and i was kinda like, ok, dekh lenge, yet another recco vid. but man was i wrong, i just am really surprised by the fact that he was for me, the best recoo guest. the sheer passion with wich he describes everything is just a pleasure to watch. i am not a reader, but i will make sure that i read every fiction and non fiction book that he recommended, also, i am not into boad games, but the way this guy described the board games i want to play every board game now, and i will definately checkout codenames
Woo woo. Enjoy :)
Woo woo. Enjoy :)
Protect Sahil Shah and Rohan Joshi at all costs. Pop culture fandom owes them a lot!
can u do a ep with vinamra kasana(dostcast)
Started reading 1984, stopped in the middle due to lack of time. After listing to this, gonna start again.
My god!!! I got goosebumps when Sahil tells plot of 'The midnight library'
Vaibhav what is behind u ??? It looks amazing.
Missing those times when chalchitra used to give links of every book…can you guys do that again?
I feel so smug. Are landscape mode. Kindle par. Yr ye to me apne basic wale Kindle par b use krti hu. 😁 Kya yr ye nhi pata tha tumhe😝

The Jack Reacher book about suicide bombers, that Sahil mentioned is actually 'Gone Tomorrow'. It is truly riveting!

So fun
Please rename this episode to Sahil Ove Shah. Please do so

ngl i watched succession becoz of vaibhav, rohan and sahil
I read silent patient book and it's ending really blow my mind
The Silent Paitent will be disappointing if you are an Agatha Christie fan 😂
Sahil bhai, I am sorry I couldnt focus. I know your recos will be awesome but I was constantly getting distracted by Disha. She is so beautiful.
I am halfway through the silent patient.
Aslo There is a movie Ready Player One By Steven Spielberg.
Nothing compared to the book.
@@SahilShahcomedy I couldn't believe it you replied. Also taking your recommendation and starting The Midnight Library now.
@@kartarkasturi DM me when done. Id love to know your thoughts :)
I'm making Notes...😂❤
15:50
This was the best.
Sorry Rohan😅
I like his recos but he was completely WRONG about Sapiens. That's a fantastic book that gives a blended perspective of what humans were and have become. It's definitely a life-changing read that Sahil just discarded like trash
👍
pls now bring chaitanya tamhane on ur channel
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi!! Loved your channel
But
U never reply to comments even when they're few 🙏
sahil is being like me when you recommend something
23:20
Funny part is that we praise the first world country without even thinking what they did in second and third world countries..hahaha
George orwell was always relevant! so not just North korea Sahil even USA is the same!
*THANKS TO SAHIL FOR SHOWING EPSPIDERMAN TO TOM HOLLAND LOL*
😂😂😂😂😂
I wonder whether he truly read 1984 or did he fall for the Lutyens Club to attribute it to present political scenario of the country.
Safe to say he didn't understand anything in the book 1984 nor does he have grasp on current political climate. Now I think all these Indian angrez stand up types just graze through books just to get cred or for aesthetic purposes. All gas no substance
