@@FishiestFillet Nah I think it's just a rather risky business. Sure you see these guys here digging out one rippah after the other, but they're always on a problematically tight budget. And these are just the few people that go all in with all they have to make a living out of this; I bet you that many many others tried it out and quickly gave up after realizing that it's not a good way for making a reliable income.

I mean a lot of y'all are saying its fake but to be honest I don't think all east this part was fake. Cause gold does come in patches like that. And people still find big nuggets today. And Australia is known for gold that is literally massive. The gold can also literally be sitting on the surface of the ground and not buried. Called "sun bakers"

Back in the early days of the Victorian gold rush, circa 1850s, there was an area known as the "Potato Diggins", where it was rumoured miners were stubbing their toes on potato size nuggets on, and just under the surface...

Your right. It can’t be this easy or we would all be doing it. It doesn’t make sense. Why the hell would you do a 9-5 if you can spend an hour out there and get a years salary.
So yeah. I call bull crap.

modern detectors can determine the difference based on the return signal between different metals
