The way you edited the video makes it look so easy and simple, but the truth is you are really talented and i hope you go somewhere far in life with this, thank you for the great work :) from England
In almost all your videos you are very innovative and creative. Your videos are a pleasure and I always learn of a new to approach problems. The work you do in your videos reflects your smarts. You could probably design a flying hover board if you thought enough. It's almost unbelievable you work in part time plastic factory, you could probably design and fix more than some of the top engineers out there. Thanks for the videos, and I hope you keep making them. Seats brackets were very well done.
cant wait to see the mirage with a set of wheels like you did with the lancer, im loving this car my brother keep up the good work, im learning alot with ur vids hope to send you some pics of my cavalier with some of the accessories you are using on your car regards
you should consider making those brackets again, but we'll the pieces together and the unbolted tube should get a plate on the bottom to screw it onto the car. yet, you make some awesome ways to install parts.
Mackey-- I've got a really dumb question: I'm trying to remember the song that starts to play at 2:20~2:22. It's not that important but, if u can, please let me know. ...BTW, you're kind of an inspiration to me (and ALOT of other guys too, I'm sure): You remind me of myself when I was younger, and a whole lot less lazy. I used to work on MY car for HOURS at night...well into the morning. But over the years, I've gotten older and more lazy. Watching u work on your ride, however, overcoming the obstacles & problems, and seeing the results payoff,...it really renews my faith in my mechanical abilities. I don't know if it's the video editing or your positive attitude but, seeing it reminds me of all those same results that I used to get working on my car way back in the day. In fact, it's helping me RIGHT NOW by giving me the confidence to get off my butt and finish installing my clutch/flywheel combo onto my little Spec V. Cheers!
+Chris17psi Thanks a lot! I'm glad. Hey man. I love your videos i have been watching since you first started doing fix videos. All of the cars you have had are nice and functional! Fellow Mitsu owner here (3g eclipse). Look into Megan coilovers or some kind of coilover system so you can raise it in snow. I live in PA and I get the same winter weather as you and that's what i am doing
Nice, I will need more funds to do that. So I'll just lower it by 2", that what coil springs they are selling out there, hopefully the car will not be too low.
Great vid Mackey :D I'm getting my Lancer in about a month. Can't wait. Wish I could find a manual Mirage though btw you inspired me to get my Lancer. My first car :)
Bro you are awesome. love all your videos and editing techniques. why did you paint the make shift brackets under the seats yellow instead of red?? just a question
I thought about it. But however they can slip off easy with a little bit of force. Beside, the way they are positioned is safe for a crash, they are positioned pointed down at and angle, not sitting straight to the neck, so that is out of worry. when I lean back really hard, they would just flip down and not poking my neck. cheers

Yeah, the lancer's a manual. Was saying if there were any 5 speed Mirage's in my area I might've considered that.
Love the video very helpful and quick question will you be putting a body kit and spoiler on ?
Spoiler soon, I think. For body kits, those will be last mod.
The DarkDragonWing ok thanks and keep up the good work with the videos
Should find some black fabric and cover the foam behind the headrests, use some vlecro to close it up so the clamp can still stick out
Yes I thought about it. Though, I think I like the appearance of the stuff that I put in there. :D It looks rough, but "cool rough." haha cheers
Yay another new vid can't wait to watch
I think you should have painted the brackets red to match with the seats :)

Good Job. Way to work through the problems like a Pro!
Nice work bro
Do you think the clams is safe to have directed at your neck if you would crash or brake hard sometime? Love to other work tho!
I thought about it. But however they can slip off easy with a little bit of force. Beside, the way they are positioned is safe for a crash, they are positioned pointed down at and angle, not sitting straight to the neck, so that is out of worry. when I lean back really hard, they would just flip down and not poking my neck.
cheers

It is for the seat belt warning. It knows when you don't put your seat belt on when you drive your car. :)
