- Wifey wanted an exhaust for her birthday (she's 55 and has always like sport compact exhaust sounds), so who was I to deny her!? But, the only exhaust I could get my hands on was this offering from DNA Motoring and it had quite a few 1-Star ratings, because of a common issue I feel I can avoid. Check it out!

Just ordered mine and the jb weld high heat, looking to be installed this weekend. Wish me luck!

t1164 just started looking at eveything, it's actually worse than I thought and I might have to take it to a shop to remove the old one
t1164 got everything on with a little work, luckily have a neighbor that's a mechanic to help with some odds and ends. Can't believe the size difference of this kit
@@JJop123 awesome! Yeah, sometimes we need help if the bolts and nuts are so corroded. Yes I thought the same thing. Its big compared to stock. Also you are gonna lose gas mileage for about a month while the computer adjusts fuel trims. Took longer than I thought it should but my wife reported finally shes getting the same fuel mileage again!
I wanna know horse power numbers!! My 2012 9.0 RS Scion xB deserves nothing less! Lol

Update the hanger on the muffler broke lol
Believe it not me too but guess what, that was the one location I DIDNT do that muffler paste! Dangit! I went to oreillys and bought a clamp that bolts to the pipe just after the muffler and has a hanger rod built on to it. Im going to weld that hole shut (mines hanging on by a thread) wow it literally just happened two days ago. Too funny. Search exhaust hangers on oreillys site. Scroll down till you start to see thebrubber hangers then you will start to see metal pipe clmps with a hanger welded to it. There are a few oprions. The one that worked best for me was out of the three they show, like the 32 bdollar one. Or just see what an exhaust shop will do something for you
Mines just happened today lol crazy it lasted 5or6 months mine is also hanging by a thread lol and I put the paste right there too I just got another muffler that looks just like it on eBay but it has a better hanger with another support bar on it

@@kurtbennett1164 just got the new muffler and it quieted it down a lot lol and I come to find out that the muffler the hanger broke of is nothing but a straight pipe it dont have any fiberglass or anything in it to dampen sound lol
@@tevinwilkerson9888 yes i knew that already! Also the 'resonator pipe' doesnt have anything in it all either! Hahaha
How loud is it is it alot of noise in the car
A hair bit louder now after weeks of driving than it was at the startup of the video. Noise in the car is very acceptable
How do you order from them?
I got mine from amazon. There are tons of them on there. Dont overpay for the same thing. Search for catback exhaust for your scion and then select each one you find and compare pricing. Its all over the board with prices for the same thing. 😀
