- In an off-the-farm episode, Brian ventures far from home to my neck of the woods to retrieve a 1953 Ferguson TO-30 that has been sitting for roughly 15 years.
Edit April 8th: Looks like tractors are all the rage again, kids! If you like tractors, our haphazardly unplanned start of our Allis-Chalmers WD45 is on our channel. And @JunkyardDigs gets a Farmall H running again, too!

Harry Ferguson was a clever man , he invented the 3 point hitch and his tractors are still worked and enjoyed all these years later.
That is correct 👌😉
You guys did a great job and kept us entertained all while working, all most as good a the cartoon three stooges 0
,no harm intended, enjoyed it all, yes I subscribed and like video and will watch you guys again.
Hi, great video, will be useful for when I start work on my TVO 35. Cheers
Lovely tractors
Nice job men
My father had this exact tractor from 1963 until his death in 1984.
You guys are hilarious.
Awesome video guys! I just had 51 Ferguson give to me from a friend! I'm gonna use your methods to get it started 😬
...I'm not sure that's such a good idea! :)
Very good ....
We have a 1953 Massey to30 too. Cool video.
How cool. We have the same exact tractor
Qual ano saiu na cor cinza
super bravo
i love my 1949 TE20 named it Butterbean
I was told, by a good friend, who has recently passed away, " If the motor can roll over, it will run. "
Yup
Will it run, Course it will, It' a Fergie
I have a TEA20 here in Australia - very similar, just a bit older than this one
Right on, man! I think they're all "center-hand drive", tho. 😄
Near the same has a tea 20 Ferguson starts on the gear stick the solenoid is on to of the transmission under the battery mine is very hard on the solenoid they only last a few years
Put some Go Go in it and drag it round abit, It'll start, it's a Fergie
I have the same tractor but have some problems bc it in neutral and don't want take any gear.
Awesome tractor I have a 1940 Ford I'm working on myself
Or some may call it Formosa lol
Working on one know and I can’t find the green alligator clip?
Rigjt, after 60 years, sometimes farmers will replace the factory aligator clips with ignition lock and cylinders.
Throttle has nothing to do with timing.
If there was a worse invention than those worthless battery cable clamps, I don't know what it is. They have caused more problems than they were ever worth.
I've got the same tractor. $500 if anyone wants it.
A little bit less talking be better poor baby
