From what I can tell in the pictures in "Well, you see": Metal Sonic later found himself in some trash and befriended a Raccoon, which then he rallies up a army of cats to harass Eggman, and suddenly grew a dress as he mega-evolved into super Metal Sonic with his pet cat. And then he added 50 cents to his bank account because why not.
When Johnny says he doesn't like Poppy Seed Bagels at 6:13, Sonic yells "Shoot!". I think Sonic is pretty much saying "Shoot, I like Poppy Seed Bagels!".

god that was the biggest problem with these sonic games. Sonic adventure 1 still managed to be good (in its own way) but SA1, SA2, Heroes, '06, Unleashed ALL had this weird, buggy, floaty aesthetic in gameplay. Sonic would always slide around and pass through things. Why did it stay that way for so long? why the hell couldn't they fix it?? What was wrong with the physics in all these games??
