I have new hauler / cage. A generation 5 , 2018 Subaru Legacy Outback 3.6R Limited with a EZ36. Decided since I was putting the trailer hitch on I would install new exhuast! there isn't much for aftermarket so I decided to capitalize on the WRX aftermarket and try installing a 2009 - 2014 Subaru WRX 3" exhuast from Spec-D. To say it fit well is pretty accurate. I didn't need to modify but did for a cleaner looking fitment. Big shout out to C Dragon Mechanical LLC in Salisbury Vermont for heling me put up the system! looking to save some money over the Droney and expensive nameless? try your hand at a WRX exhuast for less and IMHO a better sound.

Surprised there aren't more comments bc, I thought this was informative. I have a '16 Outback also with a 3.6R. Loved the video showing the details of the installation. Like the hitch set up too as I will be towing a teardrop when I fly fish in the Sierras. Thanks for showing the video. You got my vote for more Subaru vids!

Any drone at speeds or under load on highway?
So an update, those mufflers don't hold up for long. I'm now running the stock mufflers with the Spec-D midpipe (catback). Nice tone now, a little louder than stock but more deep tones, no drone with the stock mufflers. For the price it was a good experiment and am still happy with the mid pipe!
@@Jedz123 What do you mean “don’t hold up” they are mufflers.
@@MIAMIC70 the blow out their baffles. They straight pipe themselves, rust out. They don't hold up ..
