I noticed that marauders have a lot of crosses on their equipment (like in the sword and in the shield of the class icon).
Does that anything to do with their religious beliefs or maybe the devs used crusader knights as an inspiration for them?

It's mostly due to inspiration as the religion of the century world is its own thing and most of it is Norse inspired not Christian

I like to see a marauder try to fight a Storm razor but I know that won’t happen besides they’d be too foolish to try something like that but then again I mean one of them did steal a Wingard saddle so what do I know about marauders

I'm a Merauder main and Stormraisers never stand a chance to me. The hunters mark never stops even when affected by a blinding wave.
