See my favorites were Dior Homme Eau by Christian Dior, Valentino Uomo by Valentino, and Invictus Intense by Paco Rabanne. I still think your honorable mentions were the most influential of the decade.
One of my favorite reviewers. Maybe it's my NY bias but you don't come off as elitist to those who aren't collectors and I must say your P.A.G.E criteria has helped me make some solid buys. Salute to you sir.
Bleu de Chanel is a classic. You will also never find that on the clearance rack, Walmart, Marshalls, Target...etc. I get rid of most my fragrances after a while, cuz I'm bored with them or lose interest, but my Bleu de Chanel always sticks around and it's a compliment getter. You can never go wrong with Bleu de Chanel. Chicks love it.
I discovered you a bit later in my FRAG life but I have to say I have started to really look forward to your offerings. I enjoy your delivery and production very much and it doesnt hurt that you seem like a very genuine and likeable person. Keep up the good work.
I think the phrase, "often imitated but never duplicated", describes Bleu de Chanel perfectly because it's still clearly more classy and elegant smelling than others on the market. It's definitely a timeless classic that I love dearly.
You are about THE only person that makes me interested in hearing about mens cologne. I love when you review all scents! You're always so spot on. Definitely waiting for another vid. Let me turn on notifications hmph!
Hello, you are my most trusted nose in the fragrance community. Very creative and don’t follow trends. Your choices are original and learn about fragrances no one talks about. I also share my love for Comme des Garçons!! 😁 Keep bringing great content 👍👍👍👍
Quality, E. Thanks for the show. One more reason to try Prada modern soap intense. And that Comme Des Garcons. Like wearing the Bentley, Bomb and TF Extreme (and Naxos clones - respect to Pure Havane) (And shout out for Icon). Cheers.
THE GOAT IS BACK!!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. Good to have u back E. Also I HAVE to agree 1000% with you about TOM Ford Noir. EASILY..... THE... BEST cold weather date scent. Period.
Byron Parfumes Mula Mula and the chronic or either/or deserve a spot on this list. I love Phoebe peacock Besame Mucho, Kilian back to black and Parfum de Marly Carlisle as well. Straight 🔥
Bleu de chanel Parfum is really nice. I've tried to put the EDT I own on recently and I just couldn't do it. And went with something else. I went through half the bottle when I first got it though.
Dear E, I really hope this message finds you well! I have been following you for quite some time (fragoffs, best offs, ...) miss you and your reviews... all the best from Germany
Excellent list bro, you're one of the best hands down! My favorite scents from this past decade are: CH Men Prive, Boss Bottled Intense, & Armani Code Ultimate
Dior Sauvage edt is the best mainstream designer release, it smells amazing (at least the sillage), it has amazing longevity and projections and is a perfect dumb reach that even gathers compliments left and right.
Exactly is right. “Dumb reach”.. pretty generic, just an ambroxan bomb. Don’t dislike it, in fact I wear it occasionally. May be best release for those who are not really into fragrance artistry. It will get you complimented, it’ll also be known by name by most everyone as you’ll smell like most everyone. Hardly amazing or the best.. subjective I guess
If I had to pick a game changer designer fragrance it would have to be Tom Ford's Velvet Orchid Lumiere. It takes the DNA of the original and makes it smoother, easier to wear, and more likeable than the OG. TF took a masterpiece and made it more of a masterpiece.
I have to play Devil's Advocate with you on Noir Extreme. I think that the original Noir EDP should have made the cut over the Extreme. The Extreme, on my skin, is too mainstream. The Original EDP is darker, more gothic, more unique, and more interesting, despite the fact that it is the hardest to like of the two.
ur description of noir extreme "hug in a bottle" is spot on! i fucking love it. btw, check out "entley beyond wild vetiver. i find it to be amazing (smells like a fresh flanker of lalique encre noir), but no one even seems to know it or even care to review it online lol
I guarantee that other youtubers would put Bleu, Sauvage, and Invictus on their top ten lists. I don't like any of those anyway. That's why your list is so intriguing and appealing.
So many people talk about Dior Homme Parfum like it's some Holy Grail. I'm so glad I got a sample first, though, because the smell of "makeup" is just too much for me. It must be the iris you and everyone else mentions.
Right. I smelled one of the Dior Hommes at Ulta that smelled almost like lemonheads. I like lemonheads but a man paying for a fragrance that smells like candy is just ridiculous in my opinion. Which is why I don't blind buy anymore.
I already own prada L’Homme , Dior homme , Dior home intense& parfum , Valentino uomo intense Would prada L’Homme intense be a redundant purchase for me ?
Why were Bleu de Chanel and Dior Sauvage your honorable mentions? These fragrances SHAPED the designer fragrance market over the last 10 years. Naming these as honorable mentions is like naming “Abraham Lincoln,” “Tiger Woods,” or “Jeremy Fragrance” as honorable mentions in their respective categories. Unquestionably, Bleu De Chanel was the most important release in the last 10 years and Sauvage was No. 2.
Hey bro. I think I explain why in the video. U are free to disagree. I respect your opinion but yeah, my reasoning is sound. To me adding it to the list is a waste of a spot.
I suppose I am just confused on what measure you could not include either Dior Sauvage or Bleu de Chanel (or Paco Rabanne Invictus) as among the Top 10 releases between 2010 and 2019, but somehow found a place for Gucci Intense Oud.
Cologne Counselor to me Gucci Intense Oud as a composition is better. It’s a better fragrance imo. My list was about the BEST...not most popular or most influential...I’m not a typical reviewer bro.
Thanks for taking the time to explain. While I do not agree with your excluding the two most relevant designer fragrances in the last 10 years, I always enjoy your videos and respect your opinion as a reviewer. Though we disagree today, you are definitely one of my favorite reviewers. Keep up the great work.
Great list. Love your style and dig your outlook. We are fragrant fraternal twins of different mothers. I would describe you as ONE COOL DUDE. Decade of the Flanker indeed...peace n love n shit JR xox PS Just called Hérmes the other day BAV is discontinued (ikr?!) due to TdH Eau Intense Vetiver. Shady very shady to release such beauty then yank itt away the minute the new in-house Nose does a vetyver flanker of the same noses modern masterpiece? But E Geranium & Rose Amazone are still around. Not cool but IIWII I'm glad I got some though it just blows my mind so many things come and are gone that rock but the same wan freshies linger and reproduce exponentially...

One of your best productions. This is one of the few fragrance videos that I didn't need to watch in 1.25x or 1.5x speed for awhile! I'm surprised you lumped in the Bleu de Chanel Parfum with the other two. I also don't think Dior Homme Parfum is discontinued. hatim abdelmounim Bad Advice. I love the news broadcast with a cool anchor, format of the list videos and channel. I think he shows bottles in every first impressions video if that matters to you.
hatim abdelmounim To me he’s one of the most interesting and entertaining reviewers on youtube. Not just in fragrance but on youtube. This video was the most entertaining top 10 video I saw this year so far. Lol That’s just me though. Respect your opinion.
Hey Hatim...Thanks for watching brother. I also appreciate your feedback. Incase u are concerned that I don’t own the scents I discuss...I do! I just find it easier to use the format I do for list videos. I do show bottles in a lot of my 1st impressions vids like Ed mentioned. It’s a purposeful part of my format to flow without them. I take pride in doing things differently than in other channels. I don’t want to be like everyone else and believe it or not, it would be easier to just show bottles. It would be less editing. But I just enjoy doing things my way.

With all the consideration (smile).
Hope you all dig this list. Had fun watching this on Premier with you guys...What's your top 3 scents from the last decade???

How...

Can you not have...
Narciso Rodriguez "For Him" (EDT) on this list???

My Top 3 Fragrances:
Paco Rabanne Invictus Aqua (2018)
Tom Ford's Ombré Leather (2018)
Dior Aqua Fahrenheit (2011)
