  • As promised, we start looking at how to use the accessories I shared with you last time to perform a variety of diagnostic techniques. In this episode, I use the uScope to perform a relative compression test using the high amp current clamp. I also introduce the idea of using a trigger to capture your pattern.

You do a great job on the videos, just enough detail to be thorough. But not to the point of losing the audience. ..

Very nice demonstration Pete of showing relative compression. These videos of "How To' will be very successful and will help a lot of new techs and DIYers who want to learn more about scopes, etc. Keep up the good work :)

nice I get a uscope. I can usually determine low dead cylinder by ear when crank and run as well as rpm drop by pulling plug or injector wire off each cylinder while running. Shalom

Great video! I currently have a Autel scope, I'm not sure where I can get an amp clamp for it, could you recommend which one I should purchase, and where I should purchase it from. Thank you!

when you're adjusting the values, what exactly do you mean when you say "per division"? Is 50 m/sec or 200 m/sec the entire screen? Or is the division each grid on the screen? Thanks for the video.

My uscope paddle prob got spark from distributoe cap, now it do not measure any voltage. Doesn't it have any safety? Is it repairable? Risky equipment.
