      Henry Page Oh sorry Henry.
      George Galloway is the only one who receives money from media sources? And Jeremy Paxman giving Rupert Murdoch the OK to go ahead aand monopolise UK news ws motivated by objectivity and compassion?
      George Galloway is the only one whose views are poisonous? The day after the House of Commons voted for the freedom to frack under our homes?
      Only evil George Galloway is partisan? Frankly, whether you agree with his principles and whether you side with his party, he's one of the last MPs to be motivated by either. The rest of them are motivated by simple financial greed. Tell me anything the tories or labour did which improved the economy at all? If it did so it was an accident. Tell me anything they did which failed to make the rich richer and the poor poorer? That is the only objective they have.
      But no. Let's blame it on George.

    • @HenryPage

      ***** Galloway supports Assad, Putin, Hamas and did support Saddam Husein. He enriches himself by using his contentious notoriety as a dictator's stooge. Does Paxman support dictators and tyrants? No! Does Murdoch (a man whose business methods are deplorable) support evil despots? No!
      Sorry, where is the common ground between Paxman/Murdoch and Galloway. Our politicians are another matter, but even they don't support tyrants like Saddam and Assad. Galloway is devoted to improving his stock in the political out-on-a-limb domain because that is why the media money rolls in for him, but he doesn't care about the victims of these brutal autocrats.
      Don't waste my time please!

    • @dominicberry5577
      @dominicberry5577 9 років тому +6

      I think Galloway has variously supported a number of Arab leaders on specific issues, not so much because they are all-around nice guys, but because, on the specific issues in hand, they seemed to be more in line with international law or ordinary standards of justice than the west. Naom Chomsky would agree with this on a range of issues.
      Paxman, to be fair, never supported Saddam. But he never mentioned much about the UK government supporting Saddam throughout his reign. Indeed he could not have done so without the support of the UK and the US.
      Murdoch has spent most of his career trying to become an evil dictator, but never worked out how to make the jump from media dominance to political dominance. He made a pretty good attempt at it in the UK by bugging the phones of everybody who was anyone from the Royal Family down until he was appropriately kicked out of the country.
      In the US, the UK and his native Australia, he has always used his media network to steer elections, and he has only supported MPs who allow him to expand his network.
      His bold resolve to inform the public and support democracy? An expert opinion on his FOX News channel yesterday taught America that 80% of Londoners are actually gay.
      But no. Let's go after George.

    • @HenryPage
      @HenryPage 9 років тому +4

      ***** Galloway praised Saddam in 1994: "I thought the President would appreciate to know that even today, three years after the war, I still meet families who are calling their newborn sons Saddam ... Sir, I salute your courage, your strength your indefatigability. And I want you to know that we are with you until victory, until victory, until Jerusalem." less than 6 years after Saddam had annihilated thousands of people with a chemical gas attack at Halabja. Where was his 'His bold resolve to inform' Saddam about the Halabja atrocity when he stood before him in 1994. Spineless.

      Walter Dianne Abbot is merely a distraction. She's the intellectual equivalent of the suicide bomber. Whenever a debate that she's involved in, begins to agree on the subject being discussed, she can be relied upon to detonate herself into an explosion of paranoid accusations against the panel and the audience simultaneously; in an attempt to lead them off on another wild goose chase.

    I don't support Galloway, but no one gets one over on him. He's a good speaker and has a quick mind. Hussein wasn't a saint and he WAS a tyrant, but he wasn't a patch on Blair & Bush. So anyone who brings that meeting up needs to understand that Sadam Hussein maintained stability in the Middle East. Look at it now.

    • @tubemonks
      @tubemonks 10 років тому +5

      ***** What you don't understand is that Hussein was involved and got his hands dirty, Blair and Bush got others to do it for them. Together they have killed hundreds of thousands of people. Ask yourself, was Hussein worse than Hitler? So it's YOU who doesn't know what he's talking about actually.

      *****
      Far more many Iraqis died in 10 years of invasion than in 30 years of Saddam's tyranny. At least 650,000 by 2008, who knows how many now. 500,000 excess deaths by US sanctions on Iraq from 1992-2003. Hundreds tortured in prisons by coalition forces without a trial. Thousands of soldiers died. All for what? Fuel for the military industrial complex. Western leaders are the biggest threat to world peace, not the 'islamic terrorists.'

      @tubemonks 10 років тому

      ***** Stability through despotism. Probably yes. You'll find there's more in that Kurdish incident than you may realise, so don't just believe MSM. But the Middle East was better then than it is now. Read about mass graves etc...? Who wrote what? Was it true? Many things get written, do you believe it all? There is such a thing as propaganda. Our govts use it all the time just like the other tyrants do. Yes Bush, Obama, Blair, Cmaeron - all tyrants, killing thousands of innocent Muslim civilians. And for what exactly? Power and Oil. Don't believe they are the saviours, they are certainly not. We are not the good guys. Did they attack us? No. They want the Middle East for themselves and are using our young men to do their dirty work and die. And do they care? No.

      Yes apparently money renders you unable to speak or represent. Dumbass

    • @HenryPage
      @HenryPage 9 років тому

      22grena Galloway supports kleptocracies such as Russia and Palestine, where not just millions, but billions are siphoned off -especially in Russia. Galloway has supported every brutal dictator going: Assad, Kadyrov, Saddam etc. Putin clearly wans to see dictators running Muslim countries because it aids his massive larceny in Russia, Putin: the man who cannot retire from power as he would likely be thrown into prison.
      In light of that, let's return to your insulting comment. You indicate say that my comment means that "apparently money renders you unable to speak or represent" and you then call me "Dumbass" Mr. Galloway is paid hundreds of thousands of pounds a year, comprising his lowly £68,000 salary as an MP and the remainder comes from Press TV, RT etc. Apparently you are incapable of seeing that Mr. Galloway 'feathers his own nest' with earnings most people would envy because he is a sycophant to dictators and thieves. He supports Hamas, who murder their opposition and journalists who step out of line. He supports Putin, who steals the wealth of his country and who was responsible for the apartment bombings in Russia in September 1999, which killed three hundred people and wounded hundreds of others. Putin then blamed this on Chechnyan separatists in order to garner fervent support for entrenching his nationalist agenda. It killed as many as 200,000 people.This is the man that Galloway supports. He supports Assad, a dynastic dictator that has killed hundreds of thousands of his own people. This is the man that Galloway supports. Galloway earns from it.
      To be rude (unusually) it appears that you is the 'dumbass'.

    • @HenryPage
      @HenryPage 9 років тому

      Sonof Richard So he doesn't support the Russian oligarchs? Sorry but he is a fervent supporter of Russia and Putin and that's why he has a show on RT. I am not too biased towards Islam, I am biased against ALL religions. I love the way you say 'Galloway is a thinking man's politician' - it's just an absurd observation. So expressed another way, all thinking men agree with his support of Assad, Kadyrov and Saddam? Sorry, but it is difficult to take that seriously.

    • @HenryPage
      @HenryPage 9 років тому

      Sonof Richard Galloway to the butcher Saddam Hussein in 1994: "I thought the President would appreciate to know that even today, three years after the war, I still meet families who are calling their newborn sons Saddam ... Sir, I salute your courage, your strength your indefatigability. And I want you to know that we are with you until victory, until victory, until Jerusalem." Just to inform you, this speech was made AFTER 1988, when thousands died in Saddam's Halabja gas attack

    • @HenryPage
      @HenryPage 9 років тому

      Sonof Richard And coming from the man that was arrogant enough to make the statement that the man he defends and follows is 'the thinking man's politician' I would say it is you that has the closed mind. I do not subscribe to polarised politics rather I form my views case by case. I don't support Hamas, it is a terrorist organisation, but so are the Zionists running Israel. If you took the blinkers off for a minute you would also realise that there are many Jews who don't beleive in Zionism. Zionists and their mega-rich supporters are to global financial control what Islam is to suicide bombing, beheading, dictatorships and butchery. Consider this: More Muslims (many more) have been killed in the last 50 years by fellow Muslims than they have been over the same period by the Christian West.

We should all have total respect for him and think that if his ideas are in accordance with his actions then we should have more of that in politics to improve this country and the most simple thing to do would be a monarchy led country with sympathy to all rather than his sympathy to the people who voted for him.

      David Cross I don't think it matters when it existed, the main point is that he opposes privatisation, if that's the case he can go live in North Korea, in fact we'll offload most of Scotland to North Korea, give people like me peace.

    • @Libertarianach_na_h-Alba
      @Libertarianach_na_h-Alba 10 років тому +3

      David Cross Yes David, thank God for privatisation, who can forget Allende who Nationalised Chile's industry and by 1973 ended up in hyperinflation. Then we have Great Britain who Nationalised all its industry in 1945, and by the year 1974 was known as the sick man of Europe, then by 1979 Britain was heading under. Add to this Labour government in the 1970's ended up bankrupt. Yeah, who can forget that?
      Oh that's right, a Socialist can, because after all, Socialists are, well in the nicest possible way, economic degenerates. I mean to show how economically degenerate Socialists are, the Communists realised Nationalisation isn't sustainable, so now they aim for a mixed economy between their Socialist ideology called Communism and their other Socialist ideology called Fascism, whereby using Privatisation instead into the hands of the few whilst government manages it.
      Oh but that's right David, I forgot, economically degenerate people like you don't realise that Fascism is a Collectivist ideology and Capitalism is an Individualist ideology and that Individualism is the opposite of Collectivism. Oh dear, did I let the cat out of the bag?
      But here's the special part, this is where we give you Socialists a showing up:
      *_"I am a Socialist, and a very different kind of Socialist to your rich friend Count Reventlow"_* ~ Adolf Hitler
      Oh dear! all that time you thought Hitler was a Capitalist, I wonder why? Maybe because stupid people like you don't realise that there is no such thing as
      *a)* Centrally planned Capitalist economics
      *b)* Bailouts under Capitalism.
      Oh but that's right, you're not just economically degenerate, your historically degenerate. I mean after all, you don't realise that Alexander Hamilton was a Socialist banker, who not only founded America's first National Bank, but was the one who founded _'Crony Capitalism'_, oh diddums. And who was Alexander 'Socialist' Hamilton's main enemy? Ah that's right, the Classical Liberal, the Capitalist himself, Thomas Jefferson, the man who ended the first national bank.
      Then we had the second Capitalist president to name, which was President Andrew Jackson, the same Capitalist who put an end to the second National Bank, oh dear, looks like you don't like the fact Socialists were setting up National Banks.
      Then we have the same Socialists that went on the path to create the Federal Reserve Private Bank, and the funny part is, stupid people like you think just because the name has 'private' in it, you're that dumb, you think the bankers are Capitalist hahaha no surprise from economically and historically degenerate people such as yourself, the type of daft bastards that don't realise who the Fabian Society were. So let's educate you, shall we? Yes!
      *THE FABIAN SOCIETY*
      This was created and founded in 1884 by a man called George Bernard Shaw, a psychopath. The name Fabian derives from Fabius Maximus, that's where the ideology of the Fabian Socialists comes from. What did George Bernard Shaw quote saying?
      *_"Socialism is the same as Communism, only better English."_*
      Not only was he an admirer of the Soviet Union, he founded your beloved Labour Party in 1900. Which by the year 1945 they came to power. They also had a big part to play in the 'London School of Economics' where one of them in the Fabian Society circle who was very close to a man called 'George Orwell', oh, who was he again? Oh never mind, all you need to know is that the Fabian Socialists told George Orwell about their plans for a New World Order, the one world Communist government, a surveillance state. YES that's right, your Globalist elite Socialist movement with your SOCIALIST Commie Labour Party. And what did George Orwell write as a result of this warning? 1984.
      Fitting this up your arse yet son? After all, stupid bastards like you tried to blame Capitalism, no surprise though.
      *NATIONALISATION*
      Your nationalisation was so successful that by the year 1979, Great Britain was heading under. Who was it that reversed the economy, saved it and made your economy last to this very day? Margaret Thatcher, oh that's right, I forgot, the same Margaret Thatcher all you stupid bastards loved to hate. So let's debunk your little Coal Mining Mythology, after all, you Socialists are filled with mythology.
      *COAL MINING INDUSTRY COLLAPSE*
      *_"She destroyed Britain's coal industry."_*
      Britain's coal industry had been in decline for decades. Many more pits were closed under Harold Wilson's Labour governments than under Margaret Thatcher's Conservative ones. One reason was the rise of oil and then gas and nuclear as cleaner alternative sources of power. Another was the decline of heavy industries that depended on coal. Domestic heating moved away from coal, and North Sea gas replaced coal gas. Added to this was lower cost foreign coal. All of these ultimately doomed loss-making subsidized coal mines, and the year-long miners' strike helped reinforce the case for alternatives.
      *OH DEAR*
      You wanted to waste tax payers money by bailing that out as well, that's because after all, you don't understand economics. You don't understand the importance of why you allow room for failure in the economy, because well, let's face it, who in Scotland understands economics? About 1% of the population, which is why your country is doomed!
      *PRIVATISATION*
      Oh look, the only form of Socialism that ever worked but regarded as a failure for what it's caused by so many people being killed was Nazi Germany's wonderful Fascism, and what did that involve? Privatisation.
      Funny isn't it, that no matter where you look where economic growth is coming from, comes from less regulated based economies where privatisation is, that's because stupid people like you confuse Capitalism with Fascism, you don't understand the differences between true private ownership and privatisation under Fascism, one is government managed, the other isn't. That's why you are clueless about economics David.
      So yes, nice try on the sarcasm! ha!

      @Libertarianach_na_h-Alba 10 років тому +1

      David Cross First of all, I think there is a very strong difference between true private ownership and what you may call privatisation. Perhaps you maybe right, although I'm more Laissez-Faire minded, so I would find that very odd to support Nationalisation. I see nothing wrong with having a Minarchist government and pushing towards a more laissez-faire based economy by technological advances, but I certainly do not believe in Nationalisation.
      And no, I'm not a fan of that, I'm a classical liberal, Socialism is the same as Communism and Communism is the same as Fascism, what point are you getting at?

    I dislike Diane Abbott. She's a "professional" politician. Its difficult to discern from precisely she stands for, if anything. She comes across as insincere, arrogant, and hypocritical, In fact, she's a proven hypocrite, for she used to criticize tories for sending their children to private school, only to send her own children subsequently to private school. That's hypocrisy. I'm sick of her kind of politics.

I was in Australia when Galloway was interviewed by a journalist very much like Paxman. He started off insulting Galloway but George just sat quietly listening to these disgraceful insults. A little bit like the Irish Prime Minister who agree's with everything you say, then does what he wants to do anyway. It's far more complicated in most cases than George wants to make out.

While it is going that way here, the Beeb, still has a few giants like Jeremy Paxman, and John Humphries, et-al, but people like them are being forced out, by the Liberal elite who are taking over the world.
      Also, the media are not reporters any more, they are infotainment pure and simple. Battling for the female eyeballs, and their perspective because it is she who spends the bulk of household income. Advertising leads us ultimately into a media grey soup, where strong opinions are not voiced because it would upset one segment or other of the paying audience.

    Well, say what you want about America, but they don't dictate 75% of UK laws, while for the EU that still isn't enough. But I like this idea about 'we' leading Europe. Presumably by 'we' you mean the socialist political establishment that runs the EU, constituted by the likes of Guy Verhofstadt who thinks nation-states should be abolished. The EU is, essentially, a gradualist, neo-imperialist institution and was/is supported by the US establishment, e.g., it was funded by the CIA's precursor.
