This one is a 15 year old ex Delta Air Lines aircraft.
Yes it is!
The business class cabin which is still in Delta lay out and colors was rolled out in 2017 with the arrival of the Airbus A350. It also looks like Air India maintained the galley lay out from the Delta years..

Hey there! Apart from the catering out of JFK which had a lot of room for improvement, there wasn’t much not to like. The soft and hard product both were a big improvement, I just hope to see this on more of their fleet in the coming years since a lot of their complaints come from their older 777s and 787s.

Does anyone know if row 1 has more space? On the Air India seat map, it shows as "extra legroom" but I haven't found any info confirming if this is true
The footwells in row 1 are larger and wider than the others.
The seat cover colors are gaudy. I will never sit on those. Their business class’s seat arrangement is 2-2-2. How does the person seating at the window get out to use restroom?
Somewhat good coverage but almost 14hrs flight,were the toilets clean plus any snacks offered that you could help yourself!!
Air India business class seating is 2-2-2 set up.. I like to seat at the window seat. If I do and person on left seat is sleeping, how do I get up and out to go to restroom? I need reasonable answer from any customer or Air-India.
Hey, I recently flew on their 787-8 with the 2-2-2 seating. Unfortunately you have to jump over your neighbours legs to get out of the seat which is really inconvenient. Trip report of that video coming soon!
Great video.. those golden shiny pillows look so cheesy. The new ones that they will introduce on the international sector when the a350s go into service looks so elegant

A surprise Delta would allow another carrier to use their premium product, while it's still in use and a still a big selling point for the Delta One product..

Sad, the business class lounge is so mediocre.
Not mediocre, horrible. I walked in and out of it in 2 min while flying another flight (Star Alliance). I would rather sit on the floor than walk in the Maharaj lounge.

No wifi huge setback
The airplane is equip with WIFI connection, all Delta international airplanes have WIFI.. Have flown on the B777 from CDG-ATL numerous times in seat 1D and the wifi always worked.. Both for messaging and browsing/streaming..
