"You'd have Never Known a shed was there. Let alone, a Little Engine ,fast asleep inside it...... " Knowing who the Dog senses , it makes it both sad and gratifying to know that "He" was still alone , but Soon yet to be discovered.....
A nice little story you put up here. It's cool seeing someone that remembers their time working on an old railway like the Mid Sodor Railway here. Like a slice of life story. Little does that man know, someone is somewhere buried under that nature. Well done on this story. Keep up the great work and take care!
Yes it was short and sweet, but it is also beautiful, that was where the Mid-Sodor Railway had once stood before it was closed down and the engines were sold while Duke was left alone in the shed until he was found years later
You know, I was half expecting to hear Duke near the end kind of like in the Left Behind episode. But that's okay. This story felt like a quiet one where someone was reminiscing about the old days, never quite knowing what really happened to that old railway. In a way, it felt kinda sad. Considering that we know what's there.
If Falcon came to the MSR in 1904 & Stanley came in 1920, could it be possible that Smudger came first as MSR #2 before he was replaced by Stanley after he was turned into a generator?
That's precisely my headcanon! Smudger was turned into a generator, while Stanley was turned into a pumping engine. The #2 spot on the MSR roster seems to have been cursed.
Amazing work. Very very eerie! Tbh the narration made me feel so calm and at ease
A nice slice-of-life audio story.😌
And I think know what, or rather *WHO,* the dog had sensed....
I always liked that picture. It sorta drove home how something as grand as a railway could disappear, reclaimed by nature.

How come the dog owner don't know there was a engine sleep inside?
@@wubeassefa9514 sacked before the engines were all sold I’d guess
I remember this picture from Duke the Lost engine, very eerie and fascinating too. 🚂
That last line just hits different
You truly have put a lot of emphasis on this captivating piece of an Edwards illustration.

Great vid,its fitting to give a such an immersive illustration a story so you can really dive deeper into the isle from another side..
Short but sweet.

Mmm. That was pretty good

When The man turned up, I thought it was the TF2 Sniper.
And before ANYONE has a Go, Titanfall 2 Does _NOT_ have a Sniper Class.
