I’ve seen the Vader actor at Disney land and George literally couldn’t have created a more menacing character because I felt a little nervous just from seeing him even though I knew it was all fake.
Once in a Star Wars con there was this one huge ass dude in Vader suit, like easily 220cm tall man (7´2 in freedom units if I'm not incorrect) and I was dressed as Sith Marauder from Old Republic- era with dude dressed as Revan next to me. This tower of a man spoke just like Vader and came to us in character to seek knowledge of the Sith of old while people had gathered in a circle around us with illuminated lightsabers. The most immersive Star Wars experiences ever and it was completely organic by people who didn't even knew each other.
Last time I went to Disneyland with my gf some Stormtroopers came up to talk to us while we were taking pictures of them, up close they are pretty intimidating and they do their job well.
