Quo were a very heavy rock band pre Rockin All over the world. Also, check out April Spring Summer and Wednesdays as a grunge song before grunge was apparently invented!!

Andy N ma Kelly's greasy spoon and dog of two head are masterpieces that don't get the attention they deserve. Quo still sound pretty heavy live. I saw them in Dubai last week and they rocked, not bad for a bunch of guys pushing 70 (Ritchie and Leon excluded). I love that helloween did this cover. Status quo were and always will be my favorite band but as I got older and got into metal, helloween became my favorite power metal band so to combine the two is just fucking awesome. Check out a band called Persephones bees, they did a good cover of paper plane. It's a bit more poppy but they pulled it off.
