This is ridiculous. The government says 190k migrants. Same as last year. Then makes things incredibly more difficult for 90% of candidates. Makes no sense at all.
So NSW goes with target sector. This technically allows them to invite anyone from any occupation and no one at the same time, as the sector definition might not be that clear. But one thing for sure, if someone wants to get invited this FY for 190/491 in NSW, unless their occupation has clear relation with target sector and/or have relevant working experience in the target sector (high ranking EOI usually implies some form of working experience), dont expect there will be an invitation this year.
Is there any hope for offshore candidates this year? :( I don't understand this system tbh first they said they needed people and allocated 190k seats. Then a few months later it's just meh they don't want anyone coming to their country anymore. Whaaaa!
Hi i wanted to apply to WA as an offshore applicant as a flight attendant however it shows it is closed for offshore to apply. If not WA can you suggest any other place to apply or any other career to apply as offshore state nomination

Is there anywhere I can search & find if someone got invitation for this job. I have already invested around 2.5 lakhs and put in lot of efforts.. Your reply was heart breaking
@@nidhiyas9071I understand your point. Why would the Insurance Agent job be on the skilled occupation list if invitation or visa is not granted in the end. Many visas are concerned 190, 491 and many more. Home affairs should remove it if it is not skilled migrated!

Do you think I will be invited to NSW or not ? Is it okay to select both visa types at the same time ? I think you may get invitation in Victoria subclass 190 because currently Victoria held the 190 draw & gave invitation on 90 points in mechanical engineer. Why are waiting for NSW?
