They changed the characters so much...the characters of this game was so discaracterized...when we play Liu kang, it dosn't feel like it's him...the ultimate MK3 should be the standard outfit in every game, it's the best and definitive design in my opinion.
Not gonna lie, I really miss Human Lui Kang. I get he's the Fire God now, but I really miss when he wasn't. He never had the best storylines (No one did, its Mortal Kombat), nor did he have the best fatalities, but it was always neat to have him as a protagonist and how he's the central reason behind Raiden caring about humans on an individual level.
You forget it's because of Raiden Lui Kang and everyone died in multiple realities until mk9 when it changed finally then mkX kept going with that making mk11 the end of our mk technically but no fire god lui kang is better cuz if you pay attention in mk1 he takes shots at how raiden did things that hot kung lao killed and jaxs arms ripped off and they have so many allies now
