Charles said goodbye to Frank Black in 2007 and adios to his solo career in 2013. I'm grateful to him for so much, his music forms the greatest part of the soundtrack to my existence. I'm happy that he's happy being Black Francis, the frontman of the Pixies. But his solo canon is loaded with some amazing music.
