Yes you can add upto 6 people in 1 mobile. If your school has that facility then name of the school will appear online. If it is temperary arrangement, then its name might not appear in COWIN

Then you have to manually go and take without booking a date. There is no issue you can do that. But when you schedule the date, you can show that to vaccine center and tell them to link your date and COWIN referance ID so that you can download the certificate later
