Coming in rather late since this video was posted but wanted to say massive thank you for this...just started exploring this app and tried using the bee-box vm but had loads of issues at my workplace on our latest vmware vsphere (which only supports esi/esxi vmdks + didn't realise this app was created in 2014!)
This saved my bacon and was up and running within minutes! Great work, thank you kind sir!!!

I've found that this can also be useful:
docker container rm interesting_guy
where interesting_guy is the container name (It's different everytime a container is started anew, see the video for an example).
I'd use these in pairs:
docker container stop interesting_guy
docker container rm interesting_guy
The 'rm' command seems to get rid of a container that might have be incorrectly started. In my case I used podman unsuccessfuly, which caused a container to have port 80 occupied. The 'rm' command solves the problem.
