The difference between you and the others channels i see regarding sound systems, you take the time to show the ins and out of alot of things. While i understand that trade secrets are a most to be competitive, you take the time to go in detail about things we as aspiring sound owners and operators must and should know. I cannot thank you enough for your content your videos and explanations because, as an upcoming sound owner, i was struggling for information, but your channel gave me the drive to really finish my sound system. Not to say, i didn't have some level of knowledge, but you have really opened my eyes to so many things and unanswered questions i had. Keep doing what you are are doing. I hope we can find a way in which i can support you and your efforts because information like these is priceless.
your welcome. i was once a upcoming sound owner who was having a hard time getting the information for things i know now and i remember how i felt not being able to get said info when i needed it and the help. so as a person that is pushing for this culture of our to survive, i want to spread the word and the knowledge that i have with everyone. thanks for your feedback and encouragement. and you can alway become a privite member and show your additional support there. thanks again and RESPECT.

are you talking about the one in the rack? if so I'll put that in a follow up video im working on now. but if your talking about the chassis case that in the video before this one. respect.
Good video, nice work. Question : 50 amp distro usually uses SOOW 6/4 cable from breaker panel , generator, or other power source. Why does my house in JA have some flimsy cable from pole to the meter, nowhere near 6/4 gauge ? JPS approved and passed.Breaker panel is 2 50 amp main breakers. Panel wires @ main breaker are maybe 10 gauge. None of these are #6 wire, and the run from pole to panel is 300 feet. The resistance of 300 feet is far greater than 50 or even 100 feet of 6/4 . Any answer ? Bless up
You used Speakon 8 pole panel mount to output AC power to your amps? Big problem! You need to use Powercon. There’s 2 versions, Blue for inlet, White for outlet. The plugs fit only in the right one.
Jesus… This is why Americans shouldn’t be allowed electrics. The 32A powercon is not an outlet. It is an inlet. You’ve just made a massive Widow Maker.
@@MightyAction The guy below explained it pretty clearly. I'm not sure what more you need to hear than "it is an inlet connector". If you can't understand these simple things then you should simply not be building distribution equipment.
@@MightyAction You should not be doing this work on your own if you're still learning. It's concerning that you had to ask if an 8 gauge earth was enough. Did you do any further testing to ensure the distro is electrically safe? If you tried to plug that into any of my systems I would rip it apart. You know just enough to be dangerous.
