🍅🍅 First tomato harvest! Juliet, Indigo Blue Cherry, and wee Sweet Chelsea.

  • I sure love home grown tomatoes, and I get excited to start new plants every year! First up are Juliets, they're like mini Roma tomatoes and they are champion growers here in Houston. Very heat tolerant and despite a lot of occasional rain, none showed any signs of splitting. It won't be long before I'm trying to give some away because it's such a prolific grower.
    Next is a new variety to me, Indigo Blue Cherry tomatoes - the purple coloration is absolutely gorgeous!
    Last are tiny Sweet Chelseas - it's wild how big the flavor is for such a tiny tom!
