But practically police & courts of justice doesn’t allow men to exercise his power using law in family matters.

1.If the wife is caught doing adultery and even it is proved with strong evidence..Still men need to pay alimony and maintenance till the divorce granted..
2. Paternity tests are illegal and invalid although it's giving 99.9 true results..
3. Even if the husband is not the biological father of the child.. still he needs to pay child maintenance ...And he should pay high lum-sum amount as the alimony for divorce if he wants..! Rather he should give his hard work and everything for the cheated wife and child...🤧
4. If any case which is litigated by the wife proved false ... still there is no punishment...( Even the judiciary system encourages women to do so..)
5.New BNS 69 for false promise..(Even in consensual sex considered as rape for men only)..
